I got a good deal on booking.com and got the honeymoon suite for $99 which included a Jacuzzi big enough to fit us both comfortably. It was clean, quiet and in a great location with free parking too.
There was nothing significant to complain about except maybe the 22" Television was a bit small.
Room size and price was not bad.Lots of towels. Owners Friendly.
The hot tub had over 20 jets in it but only 4 worked. The coffee mugs were not washed as they were bought at value village which I don't see a problem with where you buy them but don't just take off half sticker and not wash them.
Room size, location
Wi fi was slow sometimes not working.
In general we liked everything , it's just 3-4 min walk to falls funiculore , just couple of blocks from the center with all casinos, restaurants , sky tower .Check in was very fast ,internet was high speed , cable TV .
Swimming pool was closed for the winter
Location and price
Location is good for Casino (Fallsview) but a bit of a walk from Clifton Hill. The Kitchen was great! Comfortable bed too.
Didn't realize until we went to bed but the headboard stunk of smoke (It was a non smoking room.) Not nice. Also had to unplug the fridge in the middle of the night cause it was making a ton of noise.
The price was cheap and the location was great. Within easy walking distance of the falls. The Mini fridge worked well.
We booked the Honeymoon suite and were very disappointed. The ascetics were very unwelcoming, my wife said it made her feel like she was in a prison. As a whole the experience was very disappointing. Even individually almost nothing met my expectations. The Jacuzzi jets didn't work, the pipes in the wall rattled when the hot water in the sink was turned on, the shower sounded like a banshee whaling (it was so loud taking a shower was painful), The tv in the room was probably 10+ years old (it was a very old tube tv) with broken buttons. I could go on and on. After the first night, I wanted to let the staff know about some of the issues, but I could not find any one to speak with and the "office" (which was in a separate building) was locked. We decided to go about our day and enjoy the falls. After a day of sight seeing, I didn't want to go back. But, reluctantly we decided to head back to the hotel for the night. When we got back we found the Jacuzzi was now leaking. Again, no staff was at the office. At that point, we decide it wasn't worth ruining our vacation so we went and found another hotel room. If you're thinking about staying here for a nice relaxing time while visiting Niagara Falls, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Staff , parking and room. Close to the tower and falls.
Bit of a walk to the attractions on Clifton hill. Took a cab back but it was less then 10 bucks.
LIGHT WERE NOT GOOD ENOUGH PRETTY DARK AND NOT ENOUGH ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
Excellent location, only five mins walking from the casino. He rooms are basic but very big and have everything you need.
The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The price was perfect. Location was great. Very easy to get around from there. Free wifi and parking is a huge plus as well.
The room wasn't as clean as could be. Not much light in the room we stayed in.
I been looking for a comfortable and peaceful place; But I better plans to give a surprise to my wife. Ritz, like Hilton or Sheraton is synonymous of elegance. I booked the best room in the hotel, two nights, the honeymoon suite!!! That mind something?
When we get there, after more than 600 hundred miles driving. Is that my room? No!!! Horrible... my wife said: I don't gonna stay in here!!! We talk to the attendant and she said: so you have to pay 100% of the first night. If I have to pay, I gonna stay. I said. Absolutely nothing! Was good. We had a bad nightmare. The only good - if that apply- is the location.
- everything was excellent
- the refrigerator was too noisy for me and I had to switch it off at night
Location, you should like to have 15 minutes walk after dining from down town and outdoor steps to Niagara side to there,
Drunk couple there had fight at 3 am!
Owner upgraded our room to two beds with no fee. Apartment was clean and quite, air conditioner was working all the night as it was hot outside, and kids were sleeping good. I would recommend this for budget vacation.
Good location. Quiet and within walking distance from the falls and other attractions. Staff and the owners were very nice and eager to please. Pool and gas grill for the guests. Every room had table and chairs just outside their door which was a very nice touch. Room was spotless as well as the outside grounds. Met other nice travelers while staying there. We would stay again.
The room was neat and clean. Very homely atmosphere, every thing you need at home was available. Me and family enjoyed our stay at Ritz Inn. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Minutes from everything. Friendly staff. Full size fridge, oven, stove, and microwave.
Fuzzy tv. furniture was dated and in need of repair.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Good location and easy to walk to the falls.
The wifi was really slow, and the water pressure in the shower was so high it hurt!
Decent location, 20-25 minute walk to Clifton Hill, 5-10 minute drive. Pool was open late, jacuzzi tub was great, clean.
Pool wasn't cleaned, wifi wouldn't connect, bed was extremely noisey and stuff. Jacuzzi tub didn't fully work, fireplace was so tiny, minimal parking, loud and obnoxious tenants, you can hear the people above and beside you constantly walking around. Generally, it's a motel, nothing special, just a place to crash.
It was satisfaction for us. We just needed a place where we can sleep over. During the day we were gone site seeing. But if you are planning to spend more time in the hotel room you better find something else. TV was not working, there was a wifi, but was no reception in our room. Location was great, though.
I liked the location and friendly staff.
There was no wifi, the water pressure was awful, and it wasn't very hot. Also, the room cost $169 which is way too expensive for a room like that. Let's face it, the place is very dated.
Staff friendliness was excellent, the room was perfect for what it was worth... The location was even better.. I would definitely recommend this place to future travelers and will absolutely stay there again.. Not only is it minutes away from everything including the falls, it also provides free parking and wifi as apposed to major hotel chains in the area!! Absolutely loved it!!
The location for walking around town was good. Quiet spot & everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
Full-size fridge beside the bed was odd, but I suppose if you were there for any time, cooking, it would be handy. Bathroom needed scraping & repainting.
Comfort of the bed, free wi-fi
Too much things in the unique room like a stove, refrigerator and other things around the bed. Many kinds of floor recovering one the room.
