There isn't a single thing that I can say negatively about this Bed
and Breakfast. 10/10 for sure!
My 7 year old daughter and I stayed at a Seafairing Maiden for 6 nights,
and honestly we couldn't say a bad thing about this B&B. The
hosts Bill and Anne Marie were the most warm and welcoming people you
could imagine, and they even changed their breakfast menu to accommodate
the tastes of my young daughter. Instead of the quiche (which was
outstanding), they made her scrambled eggs, and instead of the spinach
frittata (spectacular), they made her blueberry French toast.
Their home is beautifully decorated, and feels like you have stepped back in time to when it was actually a sea captain's house. Our room (The Abagail) was quiet and comfortable, and definitely had it's charm. There was wifi and a small flat screen, a super clean private bathroom, and the softest towels ever... Seriously.
The house is super easy to find, but the street is really quiet especially at night.
Like I said, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay while in Nova Scotia and I will absolutely book here again when I return.
