beautiful setting

Great location, close to the village without being in the village so nice and quiet. Staff really helpful, especially Hartman, who offered great advice and excellent tips! Clean, comfortable, good facilities and helpful staff. Perfect for me. My only criticism is that I wish I'd stayed longer!!

- staff was extremely courteous - location was fabulous - right next to whistler village - able to walk everywhere - room was clean, comfortable and convenient - price was very friendly and good value -parking was very convenient and easy to use

-there were teenagers all around the hotel since they were attending a high school band competition... that said, at night they were quiet so no real issue..

Location and price. Rooms were very nice and clean.

Jacuzzi was broken and was not informed when we checked in. Even after I asked where it was at. Come on this is a ski hotel. Also very strange for a hotel like this not to have any breakfast, coffee or anything! Even more when I ASKED, I was not offered some options like go here or there's a great place down the street, just a quick no. She seemed to be more concerned about the computer thantaking care of customers.

Staff was extremely friendly many times they went beyond they're duty's to please us. Room's were very clean, hot tub, pool and sauna in great condition.

Nothing bad to say about this place but, to improve it a little bit more Chanel's on tv would be nice and longer hours for pool, hot tub and sauna.And the parking,if you guys can mach the price from the public parkade (10$) then we can keep our cars in the hotel parkade.

The Hot Tub was a wonderful end to a wonderful day.

Didn't notice, but maybe offering a continental breakfast or something similar.

I like the fact that its close to all emenities.clean and comfortable beds.and the stuff are so awsome

The only minor thing I did not like is that there was no microwave in my room.i had to eat my cold leftovers in the morning

Door between rooms not sound proof at all. Sounded like other guests from next room were in our room talking at 6:30 am ! Terrible sound proofing. Dissapointed there was no room service.

great room , great location . So quiet compared to other accomodations in the villiage.We arrived early , and the desk phoned us when the room was ready. all around great stay .

Rudeness and passing of the buck when had a medical emergency had to check out one day early and woukd not refund my money after explaining the situation as a single mom I work hard to make this kind of trip happen and when an emergency comes up I expect some sympathy I even have documents to prove very disappointed will not return

Went up maily for the Winery Dinner at the Top of the Mountain Restaurant, which was fabulous They also take pets and as we forgot his cleaning towwl, supplied us with several small cotton towels. Wonderful Room was spacious and well designed for our comfort

A bit more expensive than expected but then we did go up on a special holiday and rooms do go up at that time

The location was amazing and the staff was super helpful

I booked a deluxe long suite and the room I got just had a king bed with and aweful view. Nothing like the picture. My view was a tree and the boiler room. I don't think I got the room I booked because the bath and shower was tiny and in the picture it looked amazing and completely different

The staff were great at this hotel. The location was good in a quiet area in walking distance to village and lifts. The rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable.

The taps in the hotel bathroom shower were a bad design as you had to be blasted with ice cold water before it turned to hot. The walls are thin and you can hear people talking in the other hotel rooms. The reception had a bad smell on the day we arrived - seemed to disappear after that though. Breakfast should be included in room rate or the discount cards for White Spot should be mentioned at check-in, I only knew to ask about these by reading past reviews.

Location is awesome, staff is wonderful, hotel is clean, modern & more affordable than others nearby.

Great location, good staff, overall a great value.

Room was very dry and made it uncomfortable at night.

The facility itself is fine, parking, access, ski lockers, restaurant. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The facility was booked to capacity and had trouble keeping up with the demand for hot water on New Year's eve. The staff tried hard to solve the situation. Water pressure at the tap and shower head less than ideal for "save the planet" logic.

The location is excellent - walking distance to the ski lifts/gondola and all the restaurants in the village; free WiFi is nice to have; underground parking is very convenient

Way overpriced, small rooms, room service came very late and was in our rooms when we came back from skiing (we skied until the end of the day when the lifts closed); no bath robes in our room

The outdoor pool and hot tub.

The early morning housekeeping staff knocking on my door. There should have been warmer blankets in the rooms. The couch was uncomfortable without pillows.

Bike Valet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hot tub was not hot. It was warm. Internet was slow. Stair access to parking lot was narrow and ugly. Was surprised that parking was separate and expensive.

It was clean and very nice without being pretentious.

The elevator showed it age, as I know that it was a renovation from a previous hotel.

Great value for money. Great location within in the Village.

Did not have a laundry, only a dryer. And there is no local laundrymay within the Village, you have to travel outside the village, a 10min drive which is a hassle for those without a car.

Service people were very good and helpful.

Room was spartan. Somethings did not work, like the coffee device. Parking fee was outrageous for a garage that was virtually empty in the off-season.
