Score from 557 reviews Very good
Location was good and the rooms are modern
Cleaning was not good, and the breakfast was horrible, it's better to have breakfast in any restaurant of the village
From 5am onwards all you could hear was doors slamming. Further the beds were super uncomfortable and pillows seemed old and lumpy. Wouldn't recommend.
It was clean and friendly
The hot tub seemed a bit dirty, not very kid friendly. There were only two towels in our room but three people staying in it.
Comfortable, updated rooms. Location was great.
Pedestrian access to hotel is inconvenient. Hot tub always packed.
rooms were nice and comfortable and clean
hot tub extremely dirty and crowded . yellow water !
Flexible staff were great with directions and advice and let us leave our car there after checkout
Pricey (like all hotels in Whistler) which limited our length of stay
Bed, cleanliness, location
Looks dated, breakfast "buffet" is a rip-off, no restaurant/bar in hotel, 3 stars at best
It was comfortable and the location was great, only 5min from the lifts.
Parking was too expensive on top of an already expensive room rate.
It was a great hotel facilities were very nice and location was great away from all the noise in the village but walking distance to all the fun!
The rooms were very basic for the price we payed it was overpriced. But if you can get a deal then it would be worth the stay. The walls are very thin you can hear everything.
The location was great and the staff were very friendly.
When in your room, the noise from the hallways (people talking, doors closing) is loud and annoying.
Nice rooms, friendly staff, free GoPro rentals
Wi-Fi was not the best, but that is not why I was there.
Often in whistler it's loud at night even in higher end hotels I had a wonderful sleep and the front desk staff were all above average! Also a very short walk to the village so we didn't have to drive and pay for parking.
No room service or restaurant on site
Location across from conference centre. Clean bathrooms.
Woodframe building is very noisy. Excess sound from floor above, people in hallway and through interconnecting door. Mattress was poor. Did not sleep well. Would not stay here again.
Very good comfortable bed
Poor wifi was frustrating.
Clean, nice friendly people at the front desk. Over all a good experience.
Their lots of people running around the hallways at night, that said got quiet around 11:30pm as I think most people were there to ski the next day.
The front staff was very accommodating and courteous. This is an excellent economical (relatively speaking) choice while staying in Whistler.
I really liked the location of the Hotel. Very convenient. I loved that fact that there were lockers and a room to leave gear.
I felt that size of the television was very small. I had a beautiful king sized bed with nice high ceiling and plenty of wall space and a tiny TV. The tv was dwarfed by the room
There where a lot of costs that were not included in my booking. I have no problem paying for what I used, so post it before on any add site. Disappointed with hidden fees.
I was hearing the noise from the corridor
Headline says it, fantastic location with great views of the mountain. Complimentary Go Pro was great, but a bigger memory card if taking videos would be a bonus tho. Super friendly, helpful staff,
Free wifi was good but we found it very unstable most of the time. No on site restaurant, but only 3 min walk to main village.
Loved the cozy boutique feel. Quiet because of the smaller size. Breakfast buffet is offered. Would definitely stay there again.
I've stayed at the Aava many times before. Combined with with the staff, facilities and the value, it is by far my favorite hotel to stay when I'm visiting Whistler.
Front desk staff
No continental breakfast Not every one that comes wants to pay 20 dollars to eat a buffet every morning
Friendly staff and fantastic bed
-Location, just a few steps away from the village. -Staff is friendly -We left our car in the parking lot after we checked out, walked to the gondola, very convenient.
-the wall is too thin, you can basically hear all the noise from next door and from the hallway. I couldn't fall asleep because of the noise, my neighbors talk til 4am!
