Great location with beautiful views. Easy access (across the street) to shops and restaurants.
You can use hotel bikes for free. Location is close to city center. Fitness room. Ok wifi (great for Canada standards).
Pay for hotel parking (can't avoid this since all hotels have this).
Very close to the village!!!
The pool was tiny and the parking charges were unexpected.
The room was nicely laid out and furnished, top floor, east wing (quieter) and was definitely adequate in all ways. The bed and linens were clean and comfy. We really liked the proximity to the village (easy 2 minute walk) and to the golf course (same). The staff was polite, attentive and helpful.
The carpet was stained and the bathroom floor had very dirty grout between the tiles. It needed a good scrub with a brush. The surface of the tile was clean and looked good but the grout was white in some areas and grey in the rest. It was gross.
Outdoor pool and hot tub
Our room was close to the ice machine so was a little noisy. The hotel parking was too expensive we parked at the convention centre from 5pm - 10am it was $5 rather than the $19 the hotel was charging
Very friendly helpful staff. The hotel was in a great area. It was clean and bright.
Laundry room only had one washing machine and a long queue of people.
The best bed I have ever slept in ( and as an airline pilot I sleep in quite a few... ) Great valet service for the bike Great station for self bike service Excellent hotel staff. Short bike ride to the lifts.
The parking at the hotel is way too expensive and it is quite far from the village free parking. A microwave in the room would have been very useful . The WiFi is way too slow. No food facilities in the hotel.
Great location, Quiet. good for getaway weekend or skiing vacation. would stay again.
Did not think this hotel was a four star property. Three star at best.
The most comfortable bed and linen. close proximity to lifts Valet service for mountain bikes Mountain bikes friendly Very friendly and accommodating staff
No microwave in the room Expensive parking facilities Far from village's free parking No food in the hotel
The bell boy made me a sweet drawing on request!!
The bed was excellent!
We booked a disability room on first floor but it was a long walk. They gave us an upgrade to 4th floor near the elevator but the bathroom was not easy for me to use. It had a walkin shower but I didn't use it b/c I was nervous of the slipperyish floor and nothing to hang on to. The toilet also was also difficult to use. I know it was a regular room but hotels need to realize that everyone with a disability isn't necessarily in a wheel chair. We've stayed here before and hopefully will again but it was frustrating on some counts!
Hotel provides 2 hrs free use of 1 speed bikes...nice. Small tour office in lobby for arranging activities. These things were not pointed out by reception at check in when client is new surroundings. Once I explained this site, then I was provided free parking, Hotel has no dining facility...even a coffee call with dough nuts. Stress ut uis pure condo and single room is hotel room, no microwave. Nice to have refrigerator.
The comforter is lumpy polyester and maybe blankets would be more economical and last longer than comforters. All of the stuffing was out on edge and empty in center. Management does not review such items. Difficulty was Bookings site and no breakfast or free parking was included. More details should be llisted in ur site for that hotel.
Awesome location. Friendly staff. Super comfy beds!
Interior decor is a little dated and a but grungy in common areas (elevator)
The staff very helpful & friendly,. Room spotless & bed very comfortable, hot tub was closed one of the Mornings, disappointing...
Parking fee was high at $19 per day.Not told about parking arnd the corner at convention center at 1/3 the price. Noise transmission fr room above. Xtra fee for small clean dog is high at 25.00
The cleaning service was great; staff on the floors were very friendly and always saying hello.
Front counter staff were very casual. I stood and waited to check in; one person at the counter was busy and the other sat there at her computer not addressing us (ie: we'll be right with you). Even when we went down later, they behaved very casually and you couldn't tell a guest from client (no uniform or name badge).
The location of the hotel is great. 2min walking distance to reach the pedestrian area. Easy start with cycling tours through straigh access to the cycling lanes. Nice but very tiny rooms. Lounges chairs on terrace are very nice with BBQ.
very small pool, which can get very busy, especially with kids late afternoon. Rooms are very small. If you travelling with 4 persons and luggage you hardly find any space for 4 suitcases or bags. The hotel offers bkies for free in their advertisement text. Be careful, this is only for the first 2 h, then they charge you $10 per hour. The touring bikes you get offered for free during the first 2h are in a very poor condition and not at all maintained. Not really fun. Better is to go to one of the bike rental shops in the pedestrian area. The staff is not interested in the feedback and not very helpful at the reception. you are treated like a paying individual but not as a guest.
Boutique rooms. Close to Whistler village
No bar or resturant
location, staff, hot tub, complementary bikes for two hours, cleanliness,
Bed a little hard.
There was only one chair in the room for two of us-very uncomfortable. We do not fall into any category of number one of this survey as we are not a mature couple or young couple, but mature friends or relatives would classify us........
Light in bathroom to shve was poor
This is an extremely well kept place, with helpful, and courteous staff. It is within walking distance of the main street of Whistler Village, yet is tucked in a quiet corner. After we checked out, the front desk clerk readily said Yes when we asked if we could leave the car in their parking garage for a couple hours. We only stayed one night, but wished it was at least two.
Did not like paying for parking.
The hotel had great access to the Village and very friendly staff.
Carpets throughout very dirty, need bigger pool towels and someone to vacuum common areas on a on going bases.
