clean, comfortable and the rates are very reasonable. excellent location for our trips to kelowna.

a few noisey "neighbours" outside our room ...

we have stayed there before and return because it is comfortable,clean and quiet. The Staff are always friendly and helpful.

not really a complaint, just a note that the hotel is far from Walmart and other stores at Orchard park, and of course you have to take a taxi to get to these places, and the shuttle to the airport, but that's to be expected. Maybe a shopping shuttle would be an idea.

Room to noisy due to door entrance outside. It's more a motel then a hotel.

it was cheeper then the other hotels

the air conditioner machine would make horable noises even though the machine was turned off. we didnt sleep at all the first night. maitnence man unplugged the machine the next day and the noise was gone.

This hotel was clean inside and out. It was in the area we wanted to be in and it was recommended by a relative.

The price was a little higher than we would expect to pay for this accomodation. We travelled to Ottawa and back to Winnipeg in August and the to Sask., Alta. and to Kelowna in Sept. and feel that your rate was a little higher than others with the same amenities. Otherwise, no concerns.

I like the easy access, friendliness, cleanliness and convenient restaurants & shopping

I didn't find the mattress to be comfortable - but everyone's taste is different.

The location is very good and for a long stay I like their suites. It is also affordable. The staff is excellent and the rooms are clean.

Some of the lights are awful-death row lights I call them. But others (all low e) are much better. The furniture is getting a bit banged up too. Also because it is affordable it sometimes attracts people who are noisy at night--not business people.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was central with easy access to main attractions. Appreciated the laundry facilities on site and the Starbucks across the parking lot.

One of the reasons we chose the hotel was it had an outdoor pool...more like a big bathtub!! The pool was very small as was the deck area. It was located right beside the parking lot so we did not even feel comfortable sitting on the deck. We had a room by the stairs which could be very noisy first thing in the morning.

Very welcoming staff. Large Comfortable room, in good shape. Convenient location.

Convenient location. Shopping, downtown and hospital were all a short drive away.
