Accent Inn at Vancouver Airport is actually a motel, but don't let the 'M' fool you, everything is good quality, clean, quiet (no traffic noise despite being right next to 99), convenient, and much cheaper than any of the surrounding places. |

Primarily it's proximity to the airport and shopping areas. It is a convenient place to stay and it is good value for money. |

We usually stay at the Accent Inn Vancouver Airport because it is convenient to get to when we come over from Vancouver Island, and also has close access to the highways if we are continuing on to the interior. We also like the convenience of a family style restaurant right next door. |

Prompt shuttle bus. Friendly staff. Good internet access. Helpful when I asked for takeout service. It smelled as though smokers had been there previously. Decor was dull and uninviting. The restaurant was closed. It was suggested I walk to one down and across the street. I did not feel that was good advice for a female travelling on her own. |

Very comfortable with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Will always use this hotel when an overnight stay is required before flying from Vancouver Airport and on return from holiday if flight times make it necessary |

Very little traffic noise. Room was spacious, with chairs so we could relax before going to bed. Nice decor. Heating system fan was a bit noisy. |

I liked the convenience of the location and the price is always a factor The unbelievable loud heater/air conditioner in the room.....VERY Difficult to sleep!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise everything was lovely. |

Easy access. (1) We waited >30 minutes for shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Then I made a phone call to the hotel and they sent the shuttle. The shuttle bus is only arranged when a client calls. But it's not clearly annonced in reservation. (2) AC too noisy. |
