The staff were very customer oriented, accessible at all time, answering all our questions. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed all the nearby amenities and the location of this hotel. The restaurant next door was very good.We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly and the room was on the ground floor with outside access to a grassy area for my dog. Pet package with treats was appreciated and the room was functional and met our needs. The room had a funny smell...

convenient to downtown and close to the meeting we were attending. Love the ABC next door - adds to the ease of finding a good breakfast to start our day. some kind of night light in the bathroom area would be nice

A clean, quiet, well located hotel for someone heading up Vancouver Island. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. I felt the charge of $20/night for my dog was excessive compared to other similiar facilities.

It was nicely located outside of the downtown tourist area. Easily accessable to the highways leading out of town, yet close enough to town. The staff at the front desk were very cold. They took care of business ok but did so without any warmth or friendliness.

This was the first time we stayed at Accent Inns Victoria and to be honest I was quite surprized. I thought that since the rates were very good, the room would not be! However,. I was very impressed with the staff, from the cleaning right through to the front desk! I would certainly recommend staying here to anyone and I will definitely be back! thanks so much!

The check - in and check-out staff were great, our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water and the location was very handy to get onto the TransCanada. It met our needs perfectly and provided excellent value. I prefer hand soap both at the sink and in the shower....

Having stayed several times already we are so satified with everything that we continue to stay as we come down for medical reasons. This time for the 1st time we had a room at the front but will request a ground floor room at the back due to hip surgeries and traffic noise, otherwise everything including the lowest rate we've ever paid, excellent. Thank you!

this motel had been updated,with small fridge for own food and microwave. Nice sitting area,in our 1 bedroom room. coffemaker in room and iron,ironing board, NO TEA KETTLE, for tea drinkers.....lobby served free coffee on check in. Airconditioning in room however did not reach the bedroom,unless fully turned high which made it difficult for the person on the sofabed,next to the airconditioner. no showercap in room for ladies. so bring your own. did have shampoo conditioner from dispensers on the wall,in BR. hand/bodylotion in small bottles.
