Very clean, good location near the mall, the restaraunt had very good food. No pool, I also did not like that out of the three days that I booked I only ended up staying two do to a change of travel plans, and had to pay for the extra day.

Definitly liked the location. The room exceeded expectations considering the price. Front desk staff was very good - friendly and helpful. Were able to provide a shuttle to the event we were attending which was a bonus.

This hotel is at the north direction 4km spot from the Victoria city. There are a hypermarket and a wine shop in the north side(600m) of the hotel.There are hypermarket and Toys "r" Us in the south side (200m) of the hotel.The sheet changes every day.A Towel is satisfied with four sets.Heating is weak, but lends the electric heater.Because a parking lot is small with a steep slope, I am in danger.

Accent Inns promote themselves as 'pet-friendly', and they certainly live up to this. We felt welcomed with our dog, and had a tremendously comfortable stay. The warmth of the service was remarkable for a budget chain.

Clean, comfortable good location for us. Nice friendly, accomodating staff. room size, beds were clean & comfortable. We really enjoyed the pillows on bed. Took name & will try to purchase some. We were here for a hockey tournament at Bear Mountain for my nephew. (close enough to it), shopping and downtown. We all had family dinner at Lucas. It was so close. Went downtown for a drive, It was easy access to return home following day Hwy 1. We will definetly return again. We also stayed last year in burnaby for a track meet @ swangard stadium, some of us even walked to it from hotel. Thanks very much weould definetly return to one of your properties. Karen.

This was the first time we stayed at Accent Inns Victoria and to be honest I was quite surprized. I thought that since the rates were very good, the room would not be! However,. I was very impressed with the staff, from the cleaning right through to the front desk! I would certainly recommend staying here to anyone and I will definitely be back! thanks so much!
