All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Fast and warm welcome; efficient maid service and the restaurant next door Toilet seat would not stay up when peeing; a number of the guests were very noisy coming back to their rooms @ various hours |

It was reasonably priced Some of the staff were less helpful than others. One eve I had to use a washroom and my hotel partner was in the shower, so I went to the main lobby requesting to use the washroom. The answer was just flat out "no". I thought they could ask if I was a guest and perhaps what my circumstances were? |

Staff were efficient and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. We loved the hanging baskets and the outside patio was a plus. The free parking was appreciated. We would stay again. The fan in the bathroom was noisy.The restaurant next to the hotel served a very limp salad and did not offer an alternative. This is only mentioned because it meant we did not use the restaurant again. |

I liked the cleanliness, the thoughtful little touches, like shampoo, hair conditioner, laundry bags, body wash, coffee/tea. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Also, the light that operated the bathroom (tub/toilet area) also operated the sink, which shone on the beds. |

I liked the excellent value during peak season very competitive and there was a restaurant close by. Overall expierence was positive! Thumbs Up!! The bath tub had hair in it indicating it wasn't the cleanest area of the room. No Bed Bugs were found though!!!! |

The room was clean and well stocked with towels. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. A microwave was added to our room upon request at no additional charge. It was just a short drive to downtown and tourist locations. Parking was free at the hotel. It was a dated. |

the pop vending machines worked but the snack machine worked but you only had one choice out of 20+ that worked. yes i know they are not your vending machines but thier performance reflects on our stay!! |

The staff was very helpful. I liked being able to use the internet at the office, also refrigerator in room. Hotel was walking distance to shopping and bus transit. |

Convenient - Easy to locate - Close to downtown area - Rear of Inn is very quite - Adjoining restaurant is handy. Ceiling fan, in bathroom of unit we stayed in was extremely noicy - steam & moisture quickly ruin these units ( a cheap item, that should be replaced on a periodic basis ) - annoying to use. |

Each morning there were available several different complimentary newspapers, local and national not just the Globe and Mail. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. |

It was close to activities regarding a high school reunion I was attending. It was easy to get to coming in off the ferry. The staff were very friendly and the ones we dealt with were competent, fast and efficient. There is limited parking. |

The room was clean and fresh looking. Although used by sports groups, it was quiet and the staff separated the user groups which was appreciated. Having the restaurant on-site was a bonus. |

La grande chambre bien équipée et confortable, le shuttle gratuit vers le centre ville, l'accueil simple et rapide. Le prix raisonnable. Situation : loin du centre ville et du ferry, dans une zône de centre commercial peu fréquentée le soir. Le shuttle gratuit proposé n'est pas toujours disponible. |
