Accent Inns Victoria    

I have stayed in Accent Inns since they were Stay and Save because I like the location.

The phone didn't work. The shower scalded me several times when the water spiked too hot. The fridge was VERY noisy and had no door inserts for my milk and juice so I could not refrigerate them once opened. Accent Inn Victoria is now a very tired building.

No Surprises - we were treated as we expected - decent staff and a decent room.

Friendly and efficient staff, clean and spacious rooms with easy to connect WiFi.

Located beside busy road so one gets a bit of traffic noise on the one side of the Inn.

Hotel was clean and nice, the ABC restaurant attached to the hotel was burnt to the ground due to an arsonist the week before. They need a change machine for their snack and soda machines as they do not provide change. It is close to a few restaurants and a mall.

The rooms were great! Soft lightbulbs, not clinical white.. Nice and bright lighting. Whole room was very warm and attractive. Beds, sheets and pillows were very nice, room layout was very friendly. The sink and closet - all of it was very good for the price. The two girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful as well. When we phoned and asked for restaurants or even directions - they looked up stuff and printed us maps. For the money I doubt you'd find anything better :)

The shower was weak, and the lighting in the shower room (separate from the sink outside, which is a good thing) - was dim. The shower was the worst part. No hot tub.. they do provide free passes to the steve nash just up the street though which almost totally makes up for this.

Used bookings.com. Was billed right away instead of when we arrived several weeks later. Not happy with that.

I always enjoy staying at the Accent in in Victoria. It is clean, staff are friendly, rates are fair, it is a good location and it is pet friendly

Bathroom moldings need some attention.

We stayed here and attended our grandsons hockey tourney and your Inn was very central to everything. Restaurants were nearby and the arenas were all very close. Thankyou for everything.

For travellers the restaurant was not open early enough as by 7 am most travellers want to be on the road by 8:00 am and thus opening at 6 am would be better. We ate at the restaurant (abc) the night we arrived and found the service very slow as they only had 1 waitress on duty.

It was close to the hospital and easy to get there and back. The sad part about it is I chose your location because Accent Inns gave to a charity I had worked for, but I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. Starting from the moment we arrived and when you have a family member going in for surgery you want them to come back to a clean room to minimise the risk of infection. Not so in your case.

There was dry pee on the bathroom floor. The floors were not clean and even when I left a notes saying thus they still were not cleaned. There was a wad of gum on the floor under the desk that was not cleaned up the entire time we were there. The accessible room was the most difficult room to get to on crutches and too far for someone who has just had surgery to walk to on their own. Not what I would call an accessible room by any means.

The hair dryer was not working and I reported it.

I always stay there when I need a room in Victoria.

Very friendly staff both knowledgeable and curtious

Very poor bedding. It was cold and the thin blanket they give you is not enough to keep you warm. The blanket was very slippery and kept falling off to the foot of the bed Also the plumbing is horible. Every time someone flushed the toilet it sounded like you were inside niagra falls. I was woken up throughout both night by the noise and being cold Would not return to this Hotel again

The price, the convenience of location and cleanliness.
