i chose it for the location which turned out to be perfect. the hotel rooms were fully clean but the pillows were extremely soft almost to the point of why bother having them? i would chose this hotel again and recommend it

We enjoyed the exercise room and the hottub. It was very cold out but the room was warm and cozy. One staff seemed unfriendly. He barely looked at us or smiled. The others were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

This hotel is certainly located in the right place for travellers. It is close to the highway but has no road noise, close to restaurants of all types and shopping is just across the street!

The central location - walking distance to tru, restaurant & shops The room smelled of smoke even though the staff guy came and said he could not smell anything. He bluntly said that the only alternative was to move me to the other side of the building where the highway could be noisy. Now based on the reviews I'd read here, I'd already requested for a quiet room away from the highway. It appeared that this had been granted except that the little fridge was really noisy at intervals. It took a while to discover where the noise was coming from (even with staff help) so I had no sleep the 1st night.

Availabilty of laundry facilities. Close to a number of eating places so didn't have to drive out to find a meal or breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Lots of parking available. A bit far out of town and on a hill so walking into the main area of the town is not really feasible. Was also a bit difficult to find despite having a GPS.

Location was excellent for our purposes. We were placed in a 'pet room' (smaller and less clean) because of our 20 lb dog ... and I was fairly uncomfortable through the night (allergic to cats & some other furry things). The room did not seem clean (black dog hair on the bathroom floor) and the bathroom/wash area was, at best, cramped. For this much smaller room we were charged fully plus $20 additional for the dog.
