Your staff was absolutely wonderful. They answered all of our questions about where to eat how to get to the airport etc. I've recommended them to friends and family. There was nothing to complain about.

I have stayed at Adam's Airport Inn many times over the years and liked it. I will continue to do so. The front desk and cleaning staff have always been friendly and professional and the rooms are super clean. Adam's location is very convenient to things that are important to me while in Ottawa. Nothing to report.

Clean rooms When first arrive the room had a musty smell, the a/c did not work very well, and somebody was smoking nearby. The smell of smoking woke me up twice. (I would give it one more try simply because our first stay there was very good,,,the second stay questionable...

room- large, clean, quiet staff- friendly, helpful location- near where we were visiting price- reasonable We will stay here our next time in Ottawa if we require a hotel. room was too hot, ac not set to summer yet. Nothing to prop open window. breakfast could have had more fruit [just apples] and maybe something hot [eggs, sausage, waffles?]

Extremely quiet. We were just there to catch an early morning flight. Sleep was not an issue and the drive to the airport was very short.

It's so close to the airport and you get free parking....very nice breakfast is included too.... We have recommended this place to our friends who now stay there before they leave on trips...

The location is good, easy to access, 3 min drive to restraunts. The washroom is good. As a motel, I feel the room rate is kind of high. My room is smelly, which is the thing I disliked the most.
