Staff were very polite and accommodating, We were allowed to check-in early and check-out late. Excellent location in centre of village. Complimentary coffee and biscuits/ breakfast bars provided at reception. Easy access to car park. Cosy and comfortable.

Location is great. The "white noise" machine was interesting- and actually pretty indispensable given the lack of soundproofing and loud Australians staying on the same floor/ Noisy. No soundproofing. The fact that they charge you $20 for parking and then have the cheek to charge another $10 to park past 1pm. It's a ski resort. Of course people are going to be there past 1pm. How about a 24 hour rate you cheap gits?

Large rooms Funky Décor Staff was very friendly Warm cookies and breakfast Noisy as our room was right above the entrance to Bill's, but we didn't mind as we were out there with the rest of them, thanks to the front desk staff getting us onto Bill's guest list. :-)

Fresh granola bars, cookies and apples available for guests through out day. Close to base of mountain and village. Door of dog urine in hallway one night but was gone by morning. I guess that is to be expected in a pet friendly hotel. Rooms in need of updating-looking a bit worn.

In Whistler center very close to lifts, slopes, ski-rental, restaurants and shopping. 3 minutes walk to lifts.Though it was in the Whistler center with a well known nightlife it was calm and quiet in the hotel. Fridge and microvawe oven. Fancy designed rooms and comfortable bed. Service minded personal. The cleaning could have been better but it was acceptable cleaned. No hotel breakfast but the room service breakfast was very good and worth the money.

Staff was very friendly. Love the apples, granolas, and cookies. There's granola in the morning to get energized for the slopes. And chocolate chip cookie in the afternoon, perfect after a hard day on the slopes. Don't care for the decor at all. They should get rid of the antler head and ugly fake black fur.

The staff were friendly, parking was secure, and location was good. Pet friendly. We should have been warned when there were complimentary ear plugs on the night table. I would consider this hotel a "party" hotel. There was a bar located right out our window, and each night there were loud guests at 1-2am pounding on the hotel room doors and yelling and being very loud. The hotel is considered pet friendly, but there are no designated pet rooms, therefore, if you are traveling without a pet, you are still going to be staying in a pet room. Not good for people with pet allergies etc....

I didn't like the room. Old, dated, no bath tub. Also, we had no hot water for approx. 4 hours. Discouraging especially after a day of skiing. We arrived early. We left our bag with the front desk. When we came back after skiing, our bags were not in our room. They were still where we left them, which was in the hallway to the side of the check in desk. They were not in a locked room. Also, i called 2 times before we arrived (2 months prior and 2 days prior) to ask questions. Both times they mentioned that we would get a complimentary upgrade to a loft suite. When we got to our room, it was a standard queen. I called to inquire and they said, "sorry, we had to give that room away to someone else". So they took back their upgrade without any notification. I found this strange. I should have been compensated for parking at least. I would most definitely not recommend Adara or stay there again.

It was family friendly & it was really close to the Whistler village. Stuff were friendly & we really enjoyed the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!!!! Maybe a bit more dusting, I inhaled some dust as I have a severe dust allergy. I noticed some dust under the TV sliding thing.

Friendly staff and centrally located in the village. Fabulously comfortable beds! Maintenance lacking. Roman blind was obviously hanging badly and torn away from the ceiling yet remained unattended to.
