Furnishings and layout of room. Delightful staff. We weren't there for either pleasure or business. We were there to conduct a funeral for a great friend so your questions are difficult to answer. But...we will certainly be back if ever in the area again. We were completely satisfied.

Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Room smelled of old pizza - had to ask for deodorizer and that didn't even work. Room was not clean - dusty. Bathroom was not clean as it should be. Very disappointed.

Smoking allowed outside but too close to some rooms. Stale odour in some areas.

The front desk girls were very friendly, the room was excellent and the morning breakfast was very good.

The Inn was clean and the room was better than I expected for the price I was paying. It was quiet and I was able to get a really good night's rest. The breakfast was A1. More than value for the money i paid.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. The building is now completely smoke-free and there was no lingering odour. The breakfast was excellent.

The first room they gave me was smelly and noisy. But, they changed it immediately when I asked.

The room was modern with a microwave & small fridge. Breakfast was included & was not just continental. This gave value to the already fair room rate. Staff was helpful & friendly.

Dust in the heater/air vents. My room key expired before my stay was over. Minor detail but slightly inconvenient.

Excellent and friendly staff

Pleasant, spacious, well-appointed rooms with free WiFi, and a complimentary hot breakfast. Plenty of free parking convenient to the QEW highway. Second floor rooms have balconies.

Not a problem for me but guest should know there is no elevator, so getting luggage to the upper floor can be a challenge. There is an very unpleasant odour in the area around the front desk, attributable to the fact smoking has been permitted on the ground floor rooms. The good news is that this hotel will enter the 21st century and soon become a NON-SMOKING establishment., and rooms will be redecorated to address the stench from cigarette smoke.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very good and included hot items.

Location was perfect for our purposes. The room was very comfortable, with nice features such as fridge and microwave. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was a good, nice touch. I'd recommend this Admiral Inn for pleasure travel but not for business purposes, for the reason noted in the "What didn't you like" section.

Most travellers, whether for business or pleasure, travel with electronics that need charging. There were no convenient outlets in the room. I had to get an extension cord and crawl under the room desk to access the only outlet that could be reached without moving heavy furniture. The alternative was to use the one outlet in the bathroom. The toilet developed flushing problems one evening. The person on the desk said she was the only person there. She tried to find a plunger, but couldn'T. However we were quickly given another room.

Service was really good

I asked for a non smoking room and it smelt like smoke the lady at the front desk put an industrial fan and it cleared most of the smoke
