The staff was great. The location is perfect.. they gave me free parking, late check-out and extended parking. so i saved a tonne of money on parking cost. Admiral Inn is located at the heart of all the fun, close to the falls and Clifton Hill so all one needs to do is just park, collect the coupon booklets the staff hands out for free and go out and have fun. So much value for the price. |

It was really handy to everything we wanted to see. Could walk to the falls, dinner, shows, casino. Great locale with the prices. Easy to fix. Could have had more towels handy and even some pay tv. |

The location was excellent - the front desk was more than helpful - the room was clean What stuck out the most was the telephone - Firstly it did not work and secondly there was a shabby hook up just outside the door - appearance is important |

When we arrived at 4:00pm we had to step over empty beer cans on the stairs to get to our room. A bag of dirty linen was left at the bottom of the external staircase for the 3 day dutation of our stay. On the web site and on the acknoledgement it stated breakfast was included, we were informed that the restaurant they used had changed its opening times and they could give a breakfast voucher but they did not now open until lunchtime. |

in the rain walked to the falls. Thought it would be nicer at over $60 canadian dollars we left at 7:45am and the hotel where we suppose to get a continental breakfast had a closed sign in the window. |

I never stayed at the hotel like this.Is it hotel or motel? AC machine is broken there is no temp cotrol switch I mean thermostate was not working properly.Bedsheet was not clean. In the washroom ,from comode or somewhere noise was coming contineously.I called several times over the phone. Nobody picked up phone. Admiral Inn does not their breakfast facility, receptonist send us to a restaurent ,their attitude, was very bad. Don't send guest to other restaurent. |

Location is convenient, breakfast included was decent. I reserved for 3 days and when I arrived, I told them to change to two days and they charged me 3 days anyway and asked me to resolve with booking.com. I had to call booking.com in England many times and was told that refund must be done at the hotel. I had to talk to many diffrent front-desk staff, 2-3 times a day and finally got refund. The hotel is dirty. They used dirty bed cover as the blanket. |

the closeness to the falls, attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. We arrived 3 1/2 hours late for check-in and room was still not ready. The pool was not opened the first day we came, the second day the pool was opened 3 hours late, the staff said it was due to just emptying it,re-filling it,treating with chlorine, but the bottom of the pool was still lined with dirt??The next day we left at 1:00 p.m. and the pool that was supposed to be opened at 9 a.m. was still not opened. Also the pool was supposed to be heated but was freezing the whole time. We had booked with free breakfasts but were not offered coupons, had to ask for them. Beds were stained with what appeared to be blood on the mattress/boxspring. They said they would shut the room down but never offered us anything to make up for it. |

nothing. it was awful experience and it only lasted 20 minutes of interaction with staff and staying at this motel. they should close down and not even exist anymore or change their advertising and lower their rates. the room couldn't lock. didn't receive a key for the room upon checking in. told that they can make me a key in half an hour or when i come back the key will be made for me. it was very dirty. false advertising and confusing with the high rates of the rooms. poor very poor customer service. there was no source or policies on how to file a complaint at the hotel. there was no policy to canceling our rooms. they wouldn't give us a receipt upon check out. we checked in at 5:30 and checked out at 6:30 [after finding another hotel which was Hampton Inn that was a cheaper and a fantastic option to us]. the location, the set-up of the motel-no key, and the crowd of the people who were staying during this time made us question our safety. |

The hotel room was at most a 1 star hotel - I would even hesitate to give it one star. There was no mattress protector on the bed, the sheets on the bed were stained and one of the stains was "crusty" - it felt dirty and I didn't want to sleep there. There were bulbs missing from the lights and handles missing from the chest of drawers. Worst of all, we booked a non-smoking room and found the room stunk of cigarette smoke. The smell kept me awake all night and somehow managed to get into all of our clothes and could still be smelt days later. We complained upon check in to the desk but all of their rooms were in the same condition. We complained again in the morning. This hotel is foul. The price was a total rip-off and I want a refund. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, considerate of my medical needs, having a new knee, they placed us on the main floor with the 2 rooms being side by side.Good place to sleep but not a resort. Very old and worn out door locks not working on one room hotel not in a hurry to spend money and fix it.Heated pool as advertised was not I suspect that the heater was broken. Not enough outdoor lawn chairs. |

This first-class hotel offers Niagara’s most breathtaking view of the Falls. Situated directly above the Horseshoe Falls and adjacent to the New Fallsview Casino, the hotel offers a prime location. |
The Niagara Inn is ideally located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Down Town, within 5-10 minutes driving distance to all most all the Attractions of Niagara Falls, Canada. |
