It was disgusting. Hotel owner was creepy as well, tried to make me take a photo with him.
It's cheap for a place that is close to the falls and Clifton Hill.
Receptionist was unprofessional and seemed to have no idea what he was doing. The first room they gave us had a leak on the ceiling of the washroom. They gave us a different room after we complained, but I still can't believe they even thought of putting us in there. Water was dripping from the ceiling to the toilet seat. The washroom floor was wet and we could see other people's hair still on the floor. The new room was okay at first. It had a weird smell to it, which we decided to ignore since we weren't expecting much anyway. What really got us was discovering that there were mice in the room. I do not recommend this place to people who are staying for more than one night at Niagara. It's okay if you need a cheap place to stay for the night.
I don't like the whole place dirty.
I don't like the bed a lot of bedbugs dirty was rooms.
It Was DIRTY - i mean dirty - mildew all over the bathroom tiles They do not vaccum Hardwater stains all over the sink and taps. Last night of our stay - a Mouse visited! I DO NOT RECOMMEND - EVEN FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY! REALLY, REALLY DIRTY. MY HUSBANK BOUGHT BOTTLED WATER TO BRUSH OUR TEETH AFTER SEEING THE WASHROOM. DIRTY PLACE! DISGUSTING!
Close to downtown . The staff were friendly
Very dirty and unkept. Mold on the ceiling and windows. Dirty towels left in the room from a previous guest.
1.Location is very good and easily accessible by walk to all attractions. 2.Room was spacious 3.Staff was very cooperative and courteous.

Toilet didn't flush well. Mold and mildew on shower door and floor of shower. No stopper for the tub. Ceiling flaking and falling off over the bed and a/c. Door did not double lock. Fridge in room was dirty. Carpet was dirty and torn. Chairs were stained. Tile was broken around faucet of tub. Price was way too high for the quality of the room. This was supposed to be a King Suite. The only thing King about it was the size of the bed.
Where to start. The room was not clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. Holes I'm the wall, no screen in the window. We had problems opening the door. Booked the room.... went to eat and look around... Come back and see the nastiness of the room and the smell of weed in the hall and smoke in the room. Went to complain and ask for our money back as we could not stay there. Did not feel safe. The man argued and would not give the money back. There was also another person complaining at the same time who ended up leaving as well. The lamp on the ground floor to help light up the stairs is real classy.... NOT
was only given 2 towels for a 2 day stay did not come and make bed room could use painting
Absolutely NO maintenance has been performed in years This hotel is dirty, tired, run down and falling apart. There are surely some building safety and/or fire codes that being violated. This place is beyond a coat of paint - it really needs to be condemned... If you can't find anywhere else to stay, sleep in your car. Just horrible...
I liked the fact that it was peaceful and nobody bothered us. The Jacuzzi was amazing and clean and the bed was comfortable. I have been coming to this Inn for at least 10 years when I come to Niagara.
That it was too cold to go swimming in the pool they have.
Found condom box and half a joint in drawer, 1 towell for 3 guys, no conforter on one of the beds
This Hotel should be removed from your site to protect your reputation. I can not believe the decay of the facilities. Mold, mildew dirt. Words cannot describe.
Was perfect for what we needed. The staff were amazing with us. If you want luxury don't stay. If it's just a bed you need perfect. Perfect location to all the attractions.
How close it was to everything.
the bath was broken, water on the floor the room was very dirty beds very old and dirty all around it was the last room and in realy very bad shape, but they charged the same price
no remote control tv no coffe only two towel no face towel o hand no ice too dark on the corredor
1. Awful smell in the room. 2. Not clean at all 3. Mould in the fridge 4. Felt very itchy after laying down in bed. 5. Bed bugs 6. Rude staff. Had to ask for towels and waited 4 hours 7. Decided to leave as felt very uncomfortable. The staff didn't care we left Extremely poor service over all.
The owner/manager is friendly and tried to be helpful. This property is in a good location, since guests can walk fairly easily to view the falls without having to drive their cars and pay high parking fees. This property didn't charge for parking itself as well, which is common in Niagara falls. There was plenty of hot water and the A/C worked, which mattered. The beds were made up and were clean. I have traveled in my wife's native country of Peru, and have stayed in some rather bad motels (which purportedly and barely had some miserable hot water), and this place was much better than those. So then, for getting in close enough to the falls to walk to the main park, this hotel is a good value for the money, but be sure to lower your expectations some in advance.
The apparent owner isn't always well organized. My reservation for a single king-sized bed got changed after somewhat late arrival (c. 9:45 PM) into a room with two queen beds. Because of this, the apparent owner or manager kindly offered to cancel my reservation without penalty. But I was offered the opportunity to choose between two rooms, which apparently were the worst ones left, instead of canceling out. One of them smelled some (to my wife's sensitive nose), and had a somewhat dirty carpet, so we choose instead the room that had no smell, a mini fridge, and a carpet with no easily noticed stains. However, an assistant to the manager had to work hard to fix the lock to this room, which was initially disconcerting. We didn't get maid service during the two nights we were there, but that wasn't much of a problem. (Well, that saved me a $2 tip). I had managed to get 5 towels, two free ice teas (from the obliging owner), a few bottles of water, and some plastic cups while running between the two rooms and the manager's office. The unit I stayed in did need some two light bulbs to be installed and to have the knobs on the operational A/C fixed. One had to pull the plug on it to turn it off or to use a Leatherman with a needle nose pliers to try to turn the controls. Some of the guests were noisy late at night (around 11 PM or 12 midnight), but that didn't disturb us much even though we had a one-year-old baby with us. No wash cloths were provided. It would be good if the owner painted the second floor's concrete to match the first floor's brown. There also was an interior staircase with a strange covering of padded material on the staircase, which was completely unexpected in the dark. However, these problems were endurable for the price and location that we got.
The only thing going for this hotel is location
I could go on about the filth and dirty room , pool . Here is just a few pointers if you find you absolutely need to stay there. Wear shoes in the room and bring your own linen there are stains everywhere and hair too. So just trust me when I say that the owner should be ASHAMED!!!
Room was smelling, only one room with no toilet flush working, had to cancel booking
Place was gross! Mold everywhere in shower. Pool disgusting. Run down and dirty! No clean towels brought to room.
Staff is courteous
Facilities need urgent remodeling, carpets are old, rooms have that "old" smell in them, we had to buy air fresheners to make it through, no towels, no added value.
