We very much appreciated the ample free parking. A very good breakfast was served in the attractive lounge area and included home-made muffins. Our ground floor room had a small garden terrace and was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was quiet and a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Victoria.

My husband enjoyed our stay because of the friendly staff, the nice breakfast, the clean room with lots of space and all the amenities. I was delighted with the fact that the Admiral's Inn was so conveniently located to the boats. Loved the waffles for breakfast as I thought this treat might easily be a "special recipe" that the Inn served to their customers. A breakfast memory to bring home. I would recommend this Inn to my friends. I think that the bathroom might need a fan to reduce the moisture.

We were impressed that the ample parking was free and the there was a complimentary breakfast. Neither of these is available at the neighbouring hotels. We also had a kitchenette which was unexpected but we used anyway. Thank you The only negative was that to access the main lobby and breakfast area you have to use outside corridors which on a blustery rainy day means you have to wear a coat. I'm sure this is a non issue in summer.

We (I) have stayed at Admiral Inn in various capacities and times; from when our children were little to a weekend getaway for just us as a couple. It is convenient to everything: biking, water, shopping, city exploration, relaxtion, and fine dining. The staff are so friendly, I feel that I'm coming to a place where they know me. I like everything about it, especially the feel that it is just not the same duplicate hotel room like every other. Every one is a little different; but each is complete, and definitely clean. Please do not change one thing!

Admiral Inn was very well placed for a first time visit to Victoria, having arrived at the bus station. Nice location overlooking the harbour. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice spacious room & useful having kitchen facilities. All the sites were within walking distance and we enjoyed being able to use the free cycles! Thanks for a nice stay.

I like the stuff of Admiral Inn who are very friendly and considerate. Feel very warmly welcomed. I also like the continental breakfast. Very concise and sufficeint. Oh, I also love the kitchen in my room. We cook dinner like we are at home. It is so much close to Royal BC museum and Parliament House which are in 3 minutes walking distance. Moving along toward another opposite direction, in one minute on foot, we hit the beach and wharf. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable walk along the pier. Wonderful hotel! I bet I always go back whenver I visit Victoria.

Not our first visit. We like the fact that the parking lot is easily accessible for our large vehicle and there is no parking fee. A bonus compared to other hotels in the area. Our room had a lovely view of the water and the city, particularly pretty as it was Christmas. The continental breakfast is very simple but adequate if you want to get an early start on shopping. The staff were very obliging. Each room opens up to the outside so the connecting walk ways are wet in rainy weather. You have to put on outdoor clothing if you wish to go to the office.

This is an excellent hotel close to Victoria's beautiful Inner Harbour. Even though it is not modern architecture, it has a home like feel and great character. The staff is friendly and knowlegable. It is pet friendly. The breakfast provided is very adequate. Rumour has it that this lovely Inn will be torn down and replaced by a more modern structure. If this happens we will be very disapointed as it is our favourite place to stay in Victoria

We have stayed at Admiral Inn many times. We like the helpful staff, the proximity to our daughter's house, the kitchenette and separate bedroom. Most of all though, we appreciate the fact the Admiral Inn is a pet friendly hotel. We are also very happy to hear that Admiral Inn will not be disappearing in the near future!

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite for myself and it was a wonderful stay overall. The room was always cleaned, and the location allowed just enough to get to the main centre of town. Great staff, lovely experience overall. Thank you very much!

This is the best accommodation we have ever had in Victoria! The rooms are attractive, spacious and comfortable. It is a quiet location and we went for a nice walk in the morning along the seawalk and through James Bay. There are restaurants and cafes as well as grocery stores near by.
