the smell in the room was very bad wife used half bottle of her perfume,would not walk on carpet without shoes. the interior wall and paint were terrible. bathroom looked clean.....

Almost everything staff were friendly room was old and needed to be cleaned badly. Beds were hard breakfast was a joke and the breakfast room was not good at all. The playground is totally unsafe and while my nine year old son was swinging on one of the swings the chain broke and he fell right down on his back. Luckily he was not badly hurt there was no apology no one checked to see if he was ok even later in the day. My husband went to the owner and told him what happened and he said that the playground was just checked in may! Ye what year it was an absolute death trap. We could sue but noone was hurt so we are not that kind of people. There wasnt even an accident report taken. It would have been nice to recieve an apology but no nothing. Booking.com really need to reconsider this hotel for their website. The so called patio and furniture was just a balacony with a sofa and kitchen chairs not even proper patio furniture, and as for all the please keep area clean notices to guests, it has to be actually clean first to be kept clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

The breakfast room was not very welcoming, and was late opening. Ran out of coffee and didn't get a chance to have breakfast because there was always a crowd around the food. No coffee pot in the room and no place to get ice. No water in the pool and the whole place needed upkeep and updating.

The owners Ritu and her husband (forgotten his name) very friendly and helpful. With the motel being full for the weekend, it was very quiet. The location was excellent - only ten minutes from the falls and all of the attractions. Excellent bargain for the weekend. Will recommend this motel to others.

I know it is an older property and could use a little updating (i.e. an additional plug in bathroom) but I am certain it will come with time. the smell of curry throughout the building is not the most appealing aroma.

The owners are wonderful - do everything to make your stay enjoyable from the warm welcome to the goodbyes - always concerned if you are enjoying yourself. My 2 sons absolutely love going there - Will be going back for trip #3 this summer.

We have stayed here several times and it is convenient to Falls and casinos. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nice and clean

Heating and cooling unit is very noisy and television volume didn't go very loud. Otherwise all was good!!

The place was just right for the price, and it had 3 beds for a family of 6

We stayed in a 3 - Queen bedroom. The room was clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. The staff was very friendly and were able to address any questions or concerns we add. They also offered us additional pillows and blankets at check in which was a nice touch. Can't beat this price or value for a family of six!

My only suggestion would be to offer juice at the complimentary breakfast :)

It is exactly what you can expect from a budget motel. Nothing more but no less either. Make sure to mention that you wanna use the wifi. Not all rooms have good signal.

The breakfast was poor. But for this price we were surprised to have a breakfast at all.

I would give it a five star . Rooms are specious and super clean . Staffs are very helpful and always there for you. You cannot expect anything better than this for the money you are paying for.

Just a suggestion, WIFI signal should be more stronger than what it is now.
