Reservation for two rooms with email confirmation yet only one room was available for my group, and no cot was available so we had to share beds. There was both a foul odor in the room and ants crawling on the walls. The breakfast was poor and very low or missing most items.

Price matched amenities The supposed Manager (not sure because she had no name tag) needed more that just hospitality training but basic etiquette training with volume control of her voice. A friend was checking in at the same time and asked about a government rate or caa rate and the female desk Manager said he had the lowest rate. I showed my friend my rate which was $10. less on my phone that I had booked online. The desk Manager ignored this, started raising her voice in a polite fashion unaware she was starting to make a big deal out of a simple question. She played dumb, stated she had no Internet access or knowledge of how to accommodate his request as if she didn't know how to turn on a light switch. Apparently she is unaware of Super8's price match guarantee which is clearly displayed on line. My stay was fine and uneventful. The gentleman that served me was good.

Close to 401, easy access, cost, breakfast included Pool was disgusting, very dirty. It is bad when kids do not even want to go swimming because it is so dirty.

Location, price Smokers at front door - you should have a better and more distant designated smoking area away from front door; counter top in room 301 washroom needs tightning; breakfast options were rather light...no yogurt, eggs, oatmeal...

no real surprises, got what i expected and at a fair value the room didn't have a "hotel book" detailing the pool hours, where to find ice and pop. etc. usually there is something in the room

Für meine speziellen Belange die Lage; daneben die Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück und der Früstücksraum ist nicht akzeptabel, vor allen Dingen nicht bzgl. eines mitteleuropäischen Standards. Der gesamte Eingangsbereich/Emfpangshalle ist wenig ansprechend. Der Lift war eine Katastrophe.

proximity to the business I was heading to. tidiness of the room and ensuite. early morning breakfast the room was next to the laundromat , causing a lot of noise . the liner along with the bottom of the swiming pool were below standard, too expensive for a bed'N breakfast.
