The location is excelent... Just in front of the subway

There was no problem during my stay there..

Keep up on the simple upgrades etc.tv s to hd plus satillite tv. Add king size beds for the adults in suites. A real buffet breakfast. Other then that the building is older and it's aging grandly.

Slow elevators.

the whole experience was quite good and the staff very friendly and helpful i would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very informative of the breakfast, location of elevators, and any other needs we were directed to call down stairs. Prompt check out. Great location!

The staff were accomodating. Suite very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Not enough parking.

The room was lovely. Nice and spacious with a good bathroom. Excellent location in downtown Edmonton.

The exterior and internal common areas are a bit run down. The bed was too soft. Possibly my fault, but I wasn't able to turn off the heating, so had to keep the window open all night, which isn't very eco friendly.

I liked location, big rooms, kitchenet, bedding.

We stayed in the family suite. More hotels need to figure out just what families will put up with and pay for a nice family suite. The children has a separate bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. There was a full kitchen, a nice sized bathroom, dining room and a queen bed and living space in the common area. It was perfect space for a family. So perfect, in fact, that we will likely stay again even though there were SO many things wrong with the suite.

TV's were terrible tube TV's with awful reception. The pool was ridiculously cold. Considering we came with little kids just for the pool this was very disappointing. The shower was awful, just awful. A person has to sit there forever just to figure out how to get the proper temperature. Then the water pressure is poor. The coffee was awful. They gave you a big pot but only one small coffee bag meant for a two cup coffee maker. Hope you like coffee flavored water. We had assumed that there would be a balcony so that parents could go for a late night smoke but there is not. No Resturant on site so bring your own snacks. The breakfast was pretty grim. Don't expect much. Again, more hotels need to figure out how badly parents need a family suite. Even though all these things were so wrong with the suite, having a space for the kids made it worth it.

The room was very large and having a full kitchen and full size table was a plus for the cost of the room. We had 3 adults and 2 teen agers staying in our room and we did not feel cramped for space at all. The view was great. Room was very clean and staff were accomodating and friendly. Free parking and in a secure parkade was awesome as well.

The elevators were slow. Our bathtub was very slow for draining and got extremely slippery. As well as the hot and cold water was very touchy to get the right temperature setting.

I really liked the friendly staff especially at the Breakfast Bistro. The room was exceptionally clean. And the pool was very warm and clean.

Front desk staff and breakfast room attendant were super friendly and very helpful and attentive when it came to helping get a taix or find a place for dinner very orgainzed check-in with key and internet and breakfast coupons all pre-prepared! Great bed and duvet

The lighting in the room was a bit dark and old style. There was an odd smell in my room when I checked in (previosu person, clenaing materials)? Was gone by the next day thankfully. Old tube tv but it worked ok.

I liked the kitchen in the suite - very handy when you have kids! I also like the lay out of the suites. For large groups it's nice to have the bathroom sink in an area someone could use it while another person is in the shower. The free parking is also nice. Until our kids are grown, we will always stay in this hotel when we visit Edmonton. Having an apartment style room allows the kids to play and not get bored or confined so easily.

The breakfast selection is disappointing - there is no cream cheese for bagels, nor brown sugar for oatmeal, and no fruit or yogurt or anything like that. Just toast and muffins, juice, cereal, and bagels. I also wish there was a hot tub to go with the pool!

Breakfast basic staff started to clear away 15 mins before end of advertised time.

The woman at the front desk was very personable and helpful. When we first checked in the evening. I dont remember her name, but she was very helpful.

the younger woman with the mature woman when we checked out. the young woman must of had a bad day because she did not acknowledge , or even smile. I would not of checked in if thats who met us at the desk when we arrived that evewning. She needs more interpersonnal skills training.

Comfy beds, free and safe parking .. Free breakfast and friendly staff!

The rooms were quite warm and dry and i woke up very thirsty but there was no water we could drink in our room besides warm gross tap water.. If they provided some water bottles in the fridge chilled for us we would have been so much more satisfied with our stay!

The size of the room was great and the staff were extremely helpful.

One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow and went up and down before getting me to my floor which was frusterating

unable to control temp. had to have windows open wide the whole time so street noise was always present- one package of coffee very stingy asked for extra to be left got one more then the next day didn't leave any!

Brilliant location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. It's an old girl but is aging gracefully! and it has secure off street, on site, parking. S5taff were really friendly and accommodating with information.

The staff was excellent and they made us feel welcome.

I didn't like the fact they do not have a lounge/restaurant in the hotel. The wifi was terrible a they obviously don't have enough wifi boosters for the hotel and it was difficult to accomplish any work because of that.

Great location, great value, and above all great floor plan for small groups: we stay in a suite with one queen bed and 2 twins.

Suggestions: sign in lobby upon elevator opening door to indicate one has arrived at lobby. - Cream cheese for bagels at the continental breakfast and fresh fruit would be a nice addition to the menu. - a communications area or room would be helpful.
