The location was excellent, parking great, lovely swimming pool, attentive front desk staff, excellent elevators. Our daughter, son-in-law & little grandson (& their dog) were staying in another room - was great to be able to visit. (we're from Ontario, they're from Cold Lake) a hot tub would be perfect; continental breakfast could be improved upon - a bit of protein, somehow. Orange juice tasted like tang. Bath towels very cheap feeling. |

I liked that it had so much room in the room. There was useful items in it that made my stay somewhat comfortable I didn't like the way the staff treated me. The items in the room for example the iron was very old and did not have the ironing board for it. The bathroom was very small and cramped. |

The room was incredibly large. The downtown location was great for me cause I was able to walk to the bus station the following morning. On the other hand, the washroom was a little small and unremarkable. |

If something positive is to be said, it would be the location close to downtown. That's all, from my standpoint. The room was worn-down. The furniture, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, was old and primitive. The floor needs replacement. This hotel is, at maximum, a compromise for a short trip. I do not recommend a longer stay. Several downtown hotels may have a better value with their budget rates. |

I love the size of the rooms, the equipment in the gym was pretty good. I love the suite idea and the price was great to include the suite and breakfast. The rooms were quite hot, but temperature could be controlled. My kids really missed a hot tub as the pool was cold, but no hot tub. |

Down town area and very close to a subway station. Shops and some bars at close hand. For the money I paid the hotel represented excellent value ( winter visit). |
