Cleanliness

It was hard getting on to your internet' I think you would do better if you had a more appealing outside front entrance. It just seemed to kind of blend in with the rest of the strip... Inside was good.

Location, convenience, rooms were clean.

Carpet in the room need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Lots of dust coming from carpets.

The room really was worn and not completely clean. For example, the mat for shoes had mud on it, the comforter cover had stains on it.

Staff was very pleasant.

No elevator and quite a few stairs. Wouldn't be a problem for those in good health though.

The noisier guests (hockey team) were in the other wing, separated by sound-muting doors. The spacious and calm second-floor breakfast area was great.

A bit of confusion on check-in that was sorted out. Overcharged but then refunded on their initiative.

Cleanliness and location

Poor continental breakfast.

The breakfast had not been replenished once the food was gone. My husband went for breakfast shortly after it started and I went down sometime later and the bowls were still empty.

Nice, new, clean facility. Free Wi-fi in rooms. Balconies. Located in a strip mall (rooms upstairs above coffee bar, liquor store, sandwich and smoothie restaurant) and next door to Wendy's/Tim Horton's. Manager offered us a 2-hour late checkout at no extra charge when we asked for one hour.

Loud voices in hallway in the middle of the night (not the fault of the hotel). Rooms are nice and clean but lack color.

Beds were comfortable. We had a door and a window that opened so we could enjoy the fresh air, and the air conditioning worked well so room cooled off nicely when needed

Probably the most important to me is the cleanliness. I want to feel like the room has been cleaned thouroughly from the last guest, and like I can walk on the bathroom floor with out wearing shoes. The first thing I noticed was the lint on the bathroom floor. I used a kleenex to wipe it up, and there was black on the kleenex which indicated that the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned very well. There was dust and like wisker hair on the top of the blowdrier attached to the wall. that was a turn off from the start. The rest of the room was not bad, but I felt like the details like counters could have been cleaned better. To look at, the beds were made nicely, but that doesn't make up for the other

Great rate on rooms, with a clean spacious room. Well worth the price and I recomend this hotel to anyone.

The balcony was a nice touch to get outside for some fresh air, although the weather certainly didn't co-operate. The fridge was already cold-most times I have to turn up the fridge and wait for the fridge to be cold. The cleaning staff always greeted us which was nice!

There weren't any doors on the closet. I would have liked to have an iron but didin't see any. The windows certainly could've been bigger too but the balcony made up for that. The continental breakfast could've used some yogurt and a selection of juices at the very least-this was a little bare...

The staff were very and friendly and helpful, we ask for extra pillows and towels and they were in our room in a very short time.

Continental breakfast - poor quality food and coffee. Had to ask for microwave. Coffee maker broke down. Only one bottle of water supplied for multi-day stay.

Wetaskiwin's best hotel...will always stay there when I am in town.

The rooms were clean and comfortable but the heater fan was a bit.noisy

The continental breakfast was reasonable but I would have prefered a fruit juice as an alternative to coffee. In room tea/coffee not supplied with sugar or cream/milk or stir sticks. Small things but contribute to the experience.

Needs more choice at the breakfast for guest. Needs more than 2 small pillows per quensize bed.

quiet and clean

Staff was very friendly . Other family members also stayed same night. We were attending a family funeral at 1:00, so extended our checkout time to 12:00 no problem. Very much appreciated ! THANK YOU ! Rooms are very clean & beds very comfortable.

Clean Rooms.

Rooms were small, Too much stuff for the room size. Had to squeeze beside bed to get to closet, Squeeze beside bed to get to heater. Couldn't call and talk to anyone when booking. had to book on-line only with questions unanswered. When asked at desk at check-in if they had a hot tub, was told oh yes in the room. When we got to room there was only a small bathtub but oh yes there was hot water. Rooms are on top of a bunch of businesses, They are new, clean rooms but give the opinon that are just another way to squeeze a bit more money out of the property. This room was not a 120.00 a night room but more like a 50.00 a night. It served our purpose which was a place to sleep before surgery the next day, but I would not stay again at that price.

The location was excellent.

The walls seemed paper thin. There was a lot of noise late at nite - people coming home after partying out. The pillows were not comfortable - too hard & too big.
