Location was awesome Balcony was nice too..

Kinda small rooms

-location in the village was excellent -room was clean

-laundry facilities had no soap/dryer sheet dispenser so had to bring own; this was not in email info -room was not as advertised - thought we were getting a real queen bed, not a sofa-bed; the bunk bed was by the door and was very noisy at night with all the hallway traffic -the minuscule balcony with chair was only big enough for one person with a coffee cup guess it was for show only -don't think room was worth the $190+/night for a room with no service

Tanya at front desk was really friendly and helpful.

Our entire first day was spent to get tge tv fixed and it still didn't get fixed until the next day. Kitchen Tap lever was broken. Propert manager came in the next day to fix the above problems. This is not what we would define as a vacation.

The room was well equipped every thing you wanted for a self contained holiday was there or you could go to the many resturants all with in walking distant and were excellent. Lovely location.

Spa, when it was working! Bed was comfortable.

Spa was down 2 out of the 4 days there. Kitchen had limited silverware and cups. Could not enjoy deck as the snow and ice had not been removed. Fell twice! No place to put you clothes. Weight machines did not work properly .

There was no housekeeping until after 7 days(unless you paid extra) , I had to go down to the lobby & try to find someone so I could get more tiolet paper & they don't have full time front desk staff so if you're lucky there might be someone there to check you in.

they were doing renovations and it was very load and early so got woken up on monday morn.

nice close proximity to the village, the trees outside the room and privacy they gave, good air conditioner, clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff

not enough pillows - 2 short, not enough towels, kind of small, kind of not great mattresses, kind of expensive for what there was in terms of space and comfort

The room was small but very nicely put together, great kitchenette and everything we needed included. Decorations are nice, balcony was great, air conditioning a must, and the location couldn't be better.

Rooms are small if you need the space but definitely not too bad.

Partying young people noise from Main Rd untill 2-3 am

The studio was just amazing with its fireplace in the cosy livingroom! Everything was superclean and we just loved to stay there. I would really recommend this place to everybody.

Dejligt hotel, god 2. Værelses lejlighed, alt hvad der hører til et moderne køkken. Transport med fri shuttle bus lige uden for døren. Tæt ved stort indkøbscenter og hovedstrøg til Whistler Village. Venlige og meget imødekommende personale.

Der kan forkomme en del støj fra gaden især når der køres med sne rydnings materiel om natten.

Unkompliziertes und zuvorkommendes Personal; Sauna und 'hot tub' konnten wir nach unserem 'check out' und letzten Tag auf der Piste abends noch nutzen; Gepäck wurde für uns aufbewahrt.

Ci hanno dato uno "studio", in pratica un appartamento con cucina/sala (dotata di camino e televisore mostruso da 64"). molto confortevole! Noi ci siamo stati in estate ma in invrno deve essere ancora meglio!

Personale completamente assente! Abbiamo fatto il check-in via telefono in cui ci è stato comunicato il codice per aprire la stanza. In due giorni mai visto nessuno alla reception.

Room was clean bed comfortable for a murphy bed.

Water pressure was woefull but nice and hot at least. No staff around to check in notice to call another number to findout I need to head to another hotel. More a semi serviced apartment than a hotel which is fine but not really as advertised.

Very small condo, kitchen was not fully equipped , bathroom was very tiny, not enough towels

Great location. Kitchen had reasonably supply of dishes, utensils, appliances. Relatively quiet. Kitchen and bathroom were clean.

Room/unit floors were not well cleaned - coins and dirt under fold away couch, clothing left under bed.

Everything what we expected was there.

That the reception was open on particular hours and even in those hours you were not guaranteed to find them there.

one-bedroom was big enough for two of us. it was clean and well-maintained. the kitchen had everything we need to cook meals. the bathroom was a good size and shower worked well. excellent location.

hotel staff not being at the front desk was a little inconvenient (we only saw one staff when we checked in).
