I had to go to a different floor for a shower since the water in my shower was turned off (due to an "emergency"). I found this inconvenient. I also asked for a king size bed when I reserved my room and upon check-in was told that there are no king-size beds in the hotel. I don't know why I was given the option if this was not available.
Location to Hwy and all the amenities close by.
Not having a small fridge in the room. And the ice machines on only two floors.
I picked up my son and friends from a month in camp. I was alone and wanted to be safe and have great overnight experience. The VIBE culture staff was perfect. Nice room perfect for my overnight! Christine - North Haven CT
We loved the style of the hotel
Food / drinks in restaurants nearby was priced higher than what I would expect.
The bathroom shower, the convenience of the hotel. Very nice hotel
The television did not work properly
Chips and holes in the walls
Liked the atmosphere. Staff very pleasant. It was a very short stay but will absolutely go again
I have nothing negative to mention
Great price/quality value Very comfy
Staff's attitude Half-opened bathroom
New fashion style
little bit expensive
Very stylish rooms with great views. Right next door to a very big shopping centre with nice restaurants.
No breakfast included in the price. It was provided in an adjoining restaurant that didn't have a buffet so it wasn't easy to get exactly what you wanted.
Big and comfortable rooms.
Have to pay for coffee pods and beverages. No breakfast served in lobby.
European style hotel and rooms, minimalist styling . Has what I am looking for in a hotel
No coffee in the room.
Eco-friendly and good places to eat within walking distance. Loys of high-end shopping in the neighboring shopping mall.
Noisy location right beside a major highway with constant large truck traffic throughout the night. If traffic noise doesn't both you, you should be fine. The room was generally clean, but there were several hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room but no cups, coffee pods, etc. Not sure why the machine is there...???
Luck of human warmness
Some staff remaining from when the hotel first opened. Their attitude and expressed desire to helpful remains as EXCELLENT as the first time I stayed there.
Some amenities first offered have been discontinued (free coffee for machine in the rooms, complimentary breakfast snack-juice & pastry, H2O) along with a rate hike from $129 to todays present rate but it appears to be a sign of the economic times.
location access to restaurants, and shopping quiet location
concept of the hotel, we can see a show at l'Etoile, do some shopping and now a lot more stores, favorite place
everytime I ask for a room up and facing Montreal, they always say OK and never get a room like I asked.
Very small room No in room amenities Stained furniture Poor dining facilities Complicated access
Ultra modern and well-located hotel. I was put on the 10th floor which had a breathtaking view of Dix30. Great indoor parking.
Water bottles were charged 2$ ea. The spa required a sandal and it costed 10$ ea. They missed room service (waited 11am - 4pm) and didn't really notified. Had to ask for fresh towels and restocking instead.
