Insufficient lighting. Nice to have an option for more light especially in bathroom.
Clean, very quiet room; very comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, etc.
Lack of hot water; it was barely lukewarm. Cold bathroom. Lack of signage in airport and at train station to direct customers to the hotel. Stupid sidewalk configuration from train station to hotel entrance. Lack of full range of food service (we breakfasted at the nearby Sheraton).
We liked the decor in the lobby and in our room. We also liked the thoughtful design of our room -- well-placed lighting and handy storage places for example. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of counter space for placing toiletries. Despite being right at the airport we heard very little outside noise.
There were only two things we didn't like. The first was the leak that occurred when the second (lower) shower head wasn't turned on; water ran down onto the rim of the bath and then onto the floor. The second thing we didn't like was some of the food we bought at the restaurant. The egg salad bun was tasteless and inedible. The chicken wrap was only slightly better. We ended up throwing food away.
fantastic mattress! quiet and clean
Clean minimal design suited us for a short overnight stay. Its location is ideal for getting to Pearson Airport in minutes.
My trip was short and involved an early departure. Proximity to all forms of ground transport, and of course the airport, proved to be the pushover point of the visit. Staff early morning wake-up was redundant and pleasant. Quite and clean. Food service was minimal, but a quick trip by adjacent train into airport hotel provided class 5 restaraunt.
Superb location on the airport train a stop beyond Terminal 3. A few minutes and you are inside this ultra modern funky hotel (at a reasonable price). I have stayed twice in the last month when flight connections required an overnight and highly recommend it. There is even a bar/cafe in the lobby with healthy options. Highly recommended.
Very clean,fresh and refreshing
Leaving indoors to enter hotel may be problematic in bad weather
I loved not having to depend on airport shuttles. The light rail train was right at the hotel. Room was very quiet and bedding comfortable. We ate at the Shereton Hotel as I am not keen on pre packaged food. Again the train was so useful.
Especially liked the location and ease to get there from the arrivals terminal
No ATM machine for miles around.
Comfy beds lovely linens excellent bathroom. Quiet and supportive. Clean modern and cosetting.
Would have liked a breakfast room with fl breakfast.
Bathroom doors don't afford sufficient privacy
Proximity to airport and comfort
Convenience of the hotel to Terminal 1; excellent staff.
My room smelt rather musty
The noise carries and it's loud in your room if people are talking in the hallway or opening and closing doors.
Staff were courteous.room was clean.
The train link that connects the airport and your hotel in 10 minutes ... free of charge. The room is extremely spacious, very modern, decorated with style with a very comfortable bed.
The hotel has opted to operate a grab and go type of cantine-restaurant. That can be a bummer but the food was fairly upscale and surprisingly tasty and we were also able to buy decent wine, which made for an ok dinner experience. Not ideal but I've eaten much worst in standard hotel restaurants.
I loved the comfortable bed!
No bath, but that's ok
clean room, comfortable bed and great shower
Lovely room with a comfortable bed at a reasonable price, right off the Link train at the airport. You only have to walk for about a minute outside to reach the hotel!
The woman at the front desk when we arrived told me I must be confused and have a reservation for a different night because she couldn't find a record of the booking I made via Booking.com. Turns out, the hotel took the liberty of selecting only half of my last name and listing the other half as my middle name, which clearly isn't correct or else my booking would have been made that way in the first place. After making us worry for about five minutes late at night that we had no place to stay, she finally found me and didn't bother to apologize but rather told me my name was confusing, which is both offensive and lousy service. Other staff seemed to be much more pleasant but it seems staff training is lacking here.
Very quiet, excellent beds, great coffee.
Loved the location, freshness of style and cool factor. Easy to book in and out. Our room was fun, chic and had everything we needed except real cream for the coffee. We were only there from midnight to around 8 am but it was perfect for our needs.
No real coffee cream. It would be good if the airport posted better signs for the train that leads to the Alt and parking. The instructions were not good. I never did figure out the shower but my partner did.
Have had two occasions to stay at the hotel during lay overs. Great hotel,no complaints. Staff were friendly and accommodations were fantastic.
