Pool area with Jacuzzi was fab with birds in cages singing away gave it a lovely outdoors feel

Great value for the money. Staff were friendly. The pool and splash pad area were amazing. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Free parking. Close to downtown

A fridge and microwave would be nice. Restaurant in hotel was only open for breakfast.

I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch with :( Fabulous Place !! Trish :)

Would have been nice had all the rooms been equipped with a fridge.

The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. The pool area was very enjoyable specially when the birds were singing. I also liked seeing a guard walking by at night. I really loved the stay and my friends and I talked about going back. I also recommended to other people.

It's very close to the attractions we planned to visit. There are some good family restaurants nearby.

The pool was very cold, but we found out that there was a problem with the heater.

It has a good location, and it has a lot of facilities pretty close.

I miss the refrigerator on room.

I love the Oasis area there with parrots chirping and making you feel you are in the tropics, even when there is a snow blowing behind the window. It's a 2-in-1 vacation!- Best of both worlds.

This time everything was good, but I did encountered bed bugs there once, so it was kind of scary to come back again, but I stil wanted to give it another chance.

Staff .Cleaness of the room. The pool area I had to check in 2 days late. I called before. The hotel ddin't charge me for them although I called a night before. ( I really appreciate it) !..

The heater was not working. So I had to change the room after I unpacked my luggages. I didn't receive an apology for that.

It is a fantastic family hotel, even though is not downtown, but has everything you need. The pool was great.

The pool and spa section...and the birds!!! :) Location, location, location. Restaurants are near by, shopping center, town and highways.

was booked on the basis of gym sauna pool. Gym needs maintenance and sauna wasn't working. Pool was pleasant, if a little dark.

We liked the pool a lot but it was smaller than it appeared in the online snaps. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. We loved the location which was close to old quebec city and l'ile d'orleans as well.

As usual we just loved our stay. The kids are very familiar with the hotel and were thrilled that we were returning. Afterall, it had been 2 1/2 years since our last stay. Thanks again for everything!

Close to Old Quebec via Transit which was walking distance from hotel which took us downtown within 15 min. This was the reason we picked the hotel although it was not my first pick. Another hotel was on my list but was fully booked.

Close to train track -noisy - not great. Hotel was difficult to find and in construction zone as its listing with gps is totally incorrect! Had to call hotel to help find it.

The pool area is nice.

The staff didn't know anything about the streets, commerce and area surrounding the hotel. The room wasn't clean, the carpet was dirty and very dusty (my mom has asthma and she wasn't even able to breath properly! She would choke and cough all the time...) The ventilation made way too much noise and during the night it was too hot in the room.
