Glass elevator with a view of outside (son thought that was cool!). Great breakfast buffet. The indoor water park!! The staff were very friendly/helpful. The only elevator was out of service on our last day. Our key didn't work that same day on one of the stairwell doors, so we had to do a lot of going up & down stairs from one end of the hotel to the other to get back up to our room. The walls were paper-thin & we had to end up calling the front desk to complain about our loud, inappropriate neighbors that kept my 11-year-old son & I up until after 2:00am. Parking was limited when we returned from our movie Friday night - we had to park quite far from our hotel entrance.

The staff was friendly upon check in. We asked for a wake up call which never happened. We had to drive to Ottawa to catch a flight and were late as a result. There seemed to be a tournament and several groups of adults partied in the hallway until 1:30 a.m.

We always try to visit your establishment but economics doesn't always allow us to do so.we kind of had a quick get away to help celebrate our anniversary. I also purchased one of your bathrobes which my wife loves!!! The only problem we had was that the hot tub worked for about 5 minutes and then shut off.. I brought the matter up with the staff.

The only thing I liked about my stay at the Ambassador Conference Resort was leaving!!!!! My stay at the Ambassador was not what I thought it was going to be. I felt out of place with young children and felt as though the staff were stuck up and unfriendly. I assumed that it was more for families with children because it had the so called "indoor water park". It was a huge dissapointment. The beds were hard, I had ants in my room and in the bed my daughter slept in. While my children were swimming the ceiling tile fell in the pool nearly hitting them and then they couldn't swim anymore cause they closed it. It was a complete waste of money. The food is overpriced so we ate at East Side Marios. I would never stay there again!

Price and location which was convenient for our needs. very comfortable beds! Every time we went through the entrance we had to negotiate a crowd of smokers! They really should have been further away - preferably out of sight altogether.

We hebben dit hotel gekozen omdat het vlakbij het treinstation ligt. Het hotel is met name gericht op families met kinderen (zwembad met glijbaan) die met de auto reizen.

The hotel was clean. The website boasts about having an indoor waterslide, hot tubs, and saunas. The hotel does have all of those items; however, if they do not feel that it is cost effective to run them they do not. So we paid $118.00 for the night and the waterslide and the hot tubs were not in operation because they did not feel it to be cost effective. I do not feel that it will be cost effective for me to return. It was an expensive burn!

L'ambiance familiale de l'hôtel. Le manque de vestiaires près de la piscine pour se changer.
