The beds were very comfortable and sleep-able. The area is perfect. A short walk from restaurants, Eaton Center and other amenities. Area gets quiet so there isn't a hustle and bustle. 24 hour RABBA across the street.
The coffee maker looks like it had never been cleaned. They don't clean the shower floor very well at all. The breakfast was not worth paying for AT ALL. The fridge is NOT cold & you can't adjust it at all. No closet space. Most rooms face a wall.
The staff was very friendly, helpful, gave us recommendations. They saw and acknowledged our "special request". They made us feel welcome. The shower and room in general we very spacious.
The elevator seems on it's last legs. Take the stairs. We were on the top floor (4th) and it wasn't that bad. The room only had a shower (no tub) and my wife wanted to take a bath but couldn't.
Free wifi Room cleanliness Room facilities Large bathroom
Breakfast room far too small
Very bad breakfast in and small, stinky and sticky room.
Good bed. Large room. Samantha at reception very helpful- loaned me tape to wrap art I bought.
No remote control for the TV in room 111. Dark basement room with small window. Carpet wet next to mini fridge. Condensation?
towels were dirty; impossible to have breakfast because of the queue and nothing left; room supposed to be at the 1st floor was in the cave instead and the smell was not good.
Location, room was clean and good size, breakfast was surprisingly wonderful. Staff was very accommodating.
Window on floor level was broken in ally way side of our room but staff was quick to address it.The elevator is VERY SLOW so the staff carried our bags up so we didn't have to wait .We were on the first level so not a problem for us.
The substance of the hotel is ok, but...
... management lacks professionalism, e.g. towels were changed, but the beds weren't made. The breakfast was nicely refilled, but tables were never cleaned, nor the overflowing garbage can emptied.
* Sleeping room was small. * Breakfast area was TINY, and very messy (garbage was full and spilling onto the floor). Could not find a seat to sit down. There were probably less than 20 seats in the entire room which measured about 12x12ft or maybe smaller. You could not even walk past the tables without banging into people. Also was in the basement, and no windows. * Would not book at this hotel again.
The central location and general area. The comfortable if somewhat crowded bedroom.
The staff were unwelcoming and uncommunicative, seeming more interested in the desk PC, iphones and their own conversations, than they were in their guests. My wife and I thought this to be pretty rude. The breakfast area is far too small and resembled a Rugby scrum in the morning. I believe a group wide inter- personal skills course would benefit both staff and guests. Until this problem is resolved I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very clean, very friendly desk staff, great bed, modernly appointed room. Very nice.
Elevator is very small and very slow. But its fine.
The hotel room was clean
The room was so small you could hardly turn around in it. Very disappointed in the size and no tub in the bathroom. Checked out early.
The location is great. It is a close walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
They "ran out of towels" and one of the four days they didn't clean the room at all.
Like decor and cleanliness and quiet. Bannister in staircase was lovely. I was very comfortable
Breakfast could last longer so I don't have to get up so early Hallways a bit dingy, but I think construction was the reason. Street numbering confusing
Staff was very helpful. Room was ok.
Eggs served for breakfast were dry. Hall way and common areas were dirty. Guests were noisy.
Great location, Meme on reception was great!
The endless supply of coffee on reception kept me awake :)
Clean and tidy
Very slow elevator Noisy A/C No free parking Breakfast until 9 only instead 11 Full room fair for late checkout beyond 3 pm!!
Very good location. Good quality/price ratio
The breakfast room is too small, just 4-5 tables.
Cheap, you get what you pay for!
Location not that close to eating areas except for cheap and fast foods.more than 15 minute walk to downtown. Hotel is in need if maintenance badly, doors don't close unless slammed, tatty towels. In an adjoining room which on second night we woke at 2.45 am to loud guests next door who proceeded to talk loudly and watch TV till around 4 a.m. Could not wait to leave.
It's location is good. Staff so friendly. Clean and nice as it seems that it was lately renovated. Breakfast was good for Inns in this level.
No parking. Elevator is very slow. Very small breakfast area.
Nothing good, extremely bad experience
We found hair in the bed, dirty towels, dust, dirty furniture. Extremely bad experience, absolutely not recommended. They show you some pictures on the web site but the reality is completely different.
no parking was the downside of it
Mini fridge, microwave, LCD TV in room
Distance from subway
The location was good. The room was small but the arrangement was ok.
We reserved queen room with two double/queen beds for two nights. At time of check-in, they gave us a room with single King bed. We complained and they said they have the queen room with two beds for only one night. We told them we will take that room and will move to another hotel the next day. The next morning, my husband came down and asked if we can stay for another night at the same room; they said ok. This is bad and I don't know why they did that.
Location great. Great breakfast. Small breakfast room but could eat in lobby.
room was a bit cool.
