Location and some staff
The Indian guy whos in reception at night he so mean
There's a nice hidden room for breakfast, with eggs, waffles, milk, fruit and others. Bed is veeerryy comfortable. Room size is ok. There's coffee all the time at the reception + some apples (which is good if if plan to arrive late and hungry and still need to work). The team is very nice!
The room floor; I've got one at -1. No sunlight, humid. Never get one at this floor. Noisy; it's the breakfast floor.
good breakfast; very helpful staff.
My room was freezing as air came in around the air conditioning unit; water etc froze in refrigerator;
when I left
this is no more than 2 stars hotel. too smal. you hear nouses of nabours all the times
Stayed here twice in the last few weeks. Second time was much better. Room was warmed.
Still not very clean - definitely need a better vacuum.
Bed was very comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Excellent selection for breakfast.
Room was cold and had to ask for an extra blanket. It was also hadn't been cleaned very well. It wasn't dirty but did need more care with the vacuum.
Staff gave me another room, larger and nicer, when I complained about the cleanliness of the first one. More than decent breakfast included with room : eggs and bacon, pancakes, yogourt, etc.
On arrival, I found cookie crumbs on the rug and hair on the floor in the bathroom. Found hair in bathroom of second room too. Some staff very friendly and helpful, but one man at the front desk did not even look up when I asked him a question.
Breakfast was better then thought it would be.
I liked that there was an iron and an ironing board in the room as I had to iron a shirt before going out. Also,it was nice to have the coffee machine in my room with the stuff to make coffee.
When I checked into my room in the evening of New Year's Eve I noticed that the room was feeling cool.I checked the thermostat and it was up as high as it would go on #5 Then,I went out. When I came back I noticed that the windows in my room were slightly open so,I closed them and went to bed. When I woke up on New Year's Day the room was still too cool and as a result I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower as I felt that the bathroom was also too cool. (I had reserved the room for two nights because I didn't want to check out at 11:00 a.m.on New Year's Day.That way I could sleep-in late and check out later on New Year's Day.) When I checked out in the evening on New Year's Day I told the front desk clerk that the room I was in was too cool. The next day I went back to the hotel because when I had paid for my room with my American Express credit card on New Year's Eve the front desk clerk hadn't given me a receipt so,I went back for one. I,then, also asked if I could have changed to another room upon finding that the room I was in was too cool. I was told that the hotel was all booked up for New Year's Eve but,I could have had my room changed on Jan.01st. The elevator was rather slow. My room was on the fourth floor. The card that the hotel gave me to unlock my hotel room door didn't work one time but,the front desk clerk fixed the card and I was then able to unlock the door to my room with it.
When I left!!!!
The place was ''very tired'' Very little heat...No blankets...Breakfast was a joke!!
Room was not ready when we got there to check in
The room was clean and cozy. The front desk staff was polite and helpful, but not always knowledgeable. Breakfast was adequate and free, which is very always a plus.
I was charged a $200 deposit on my credit card, but was not notified this was happening. Three days after check-out, the funds are still not refunded to my credit card and I have not received a call back from the Manager.
The bed was comfortable
I just got there and already seen garbages on my trash can, which isnt mine. The elevator was scary it sounded like it was about to just break down and fall. There was no parking spot on the hotel so I had to walk a block just to get in my car. There wasn't any towel for showering only the small towels was in my room.
-comfy, clean, and well kept room. -microwave
-elevator was scary to use, thought i was gonna die
It was close to Ryerson University.
It wasn't the cleanest, and we noticed many problems in structure that were questionable.
I traveled with my older sister 65 years the Motel was quiet we were on the 3 rd floor and the beds were very comfortable the bathroom was clean and a great shower plenty of hot water.
Don't take the lift it's scary use the stairs. They only use paper crockery and plastic cutlery. The breakfast room is small but cosy lots to eat and the lady was very helpful.
Rooms are fine, bed is comfy, could be better maintained, leak not plastered over correctly.
Stayed on 4th floor, the lift takes approx 2-3 minutes to go up 4 floors. very frustrating. Staff seemed to be absent at times.
Comfortable room. Value for money. Free Breakfast Free Wifi Helpful front desk staff
Tiny breakfast room-often crowded. Very noisy - thin walls. Couples wanting intimate moments....do it quietly because you will be heard!!
The breakfast, cleanliness and general amenities
The lift...very slow. Noisy nights.
Good value and clean
Elevator was very concerning .. Made you feel it was not maintained
The staff and facilities were very good. When we arrived our first room was uncomfortably too hot. After telling reception they were very quick to apologise and upgrade us. Fairly close to city centre. Overall we had a great stay here.
The breakfast area is small, however it served everything you would hope for.
There were clothes left in the bathroom from the patrons before us and hair in the bed. Front desk was apologetic and allowed early check out, but we wouldn't stay again.
