My family and I enjoyed staying in the Family suite at the Americana. The rooms were clean and comfortable. |

WaterPark Oh yes there was, the beds where not comfortable, the fridge in our room had a bad smell, there was kids at 6:30am running in the halls yelling, I have two kids and sure would not do that at that time of morning,Over all I don't think I would stay again. |

Our room was great. It was big, super clean, there was a microwave and a frig, which with little ones is great. The restaurant was not too overpriced - at least for breakfast and the waterpark was fun. |

We liked everything about this hotel. We liked it so much that we are already planning a second trip later in the summer! The staff was very friendly and helpful, The waterpark was alot of fun and the hotel was very clean. |

The staff and the stay were smooth no hitches no waiting good service clean good sized room everything on site restaurant etc. didn't have to leave hotel for anything kids loved it I wished that they had something in place for birthdays. When we have been to other hotels when they found out it was our son's birthday they surprised him with balloons and cookies and milk and gave us an upgrade for free. Here, I told them we were celebrating our son's birthday and they just said "that's nice" Some acknowledgement would have made our son's stay extra special! |

i do because, the hotel staff are very nice, cleanliness is almost perfect, the comfort is excelent. the check in is too late, and check out is too early. It is 24 hours the stay. |

We like using the waterpark and the spa. Excellent place to stay with your kids. Didn't like that there wasn't a continental breakfast offered. |

Room was very nice, it was large with a partial sitting area with a 2nd TV. There was not enough parking during busy times. When we arrived there was a wedding reception taking place in the hotel, and we could not find a parking spot. |

My family and I enjoyed our overnight stay at the Hotel because of the indoor water park, outdoor playground equipped with barbecue stand and extra loungin chairs for sunbathing. It is really geared towards family fun! The one thing I don't like about the hotel is the undisclosed deposit fee charged upon checking-in. I don't find some of the hotel staff very friendly. |

It was a perfect place to stay when travelling with children. Just that the staff are not too friendly or else it would be perfect. |

The Water Park was great for the younger kids. Housekeeping was very quick to bring extra towels and shampoo! The hotel is not convenient to the Falls and tourist areas. The restaurant was over priced and had very slow service. They tried to make up for it with free dessert and were friendly. The room could use some remodeling for the price we paid. The a/c needed to be repaired during our stay. The pull out sofa bed mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. |

Yeah it was good, but when i reserved the room there was 2 beds in a room and when i went to hotel there were only one bed and a sofa becomes a bed but it wasn't confortable but it was ok . |

L'Hotel offre un parc aquatique intéressant pour les enfants de moins de 10 ans. L'Hotel aurait avantage à augmenter les heures d'ouverture de son parc aquatique. Le fait que l'hotel ferme son parc aquatique à 20h00 réduit nos possibilités d'utilisation lorsque nous visitons d'autres attractions touristiques durant le jour. |
