Americana Waterpark Resort & Spa

Waterpark is good for young children and that was the main reason for our visit. Position is quite good for seeing the other sites of Niagara Falls and shopping.

The service is very poor. I paid for an up grade after the check-in person gave me a great however it was a down grade. When I confront the check - in she said "when suggesting the up grade she said she said "when suggesting the up grade she said SOME rooms have 2 double beds with a pull out sofa not all rooms" For a water park towels were limited to how many people were in the room. Towels are medium size. Staff refuse to provide towels.

My boyfriend and I decided to splurge and book a King Whirlpool Suite and were disappointed upon arrival to find that the jets for the whirlpool did not work. When calling Front Desk they asked if they should send someone to look at it. Does this seem reasonable? Clearly we were already all set to get in the water if we were just realizing that the jets did not work. No comfort or compensation was offered- a simple apology would have done fine enough as this was the whole point of us staying at the resort.

The waterpark was fun. Service was fast and friendly

Bed frame was not setup correctly. A part of the frame was sticking out leading to a painful experience.

The waterpark is awesome if you have young kids.

If you get a room there check it out before you take it. The rooms on the first level are nice.

My family and I enjoyed staying in the Family suite at the Americana. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Our room was great. It was big, super clean, there was a microwave and a frig, which with little ones is great. The restaurant was not too overpriced - at least for breakfast and the waterpark was fun.

your water park was very amasing

It would be better if the breakfast was included in price

i do because, the hotel staff are very nice, cleanliness is almost perfect, the comfort is excelent.

the check in is too late, and check out is too early. It is 24 hours the stay.

Room was very nice, it was large with a partial sitting area with a 2nd TV.

There was not enough parking during busy times. When we arrived there was a wedding reception taking place in the hotel, and we could not find a parking spot.

nous avons vraiment aimé la façon dont nous avons été accueilli le jour de notre arrivée et aussi le jour de notre départ...personnel trés professionel. les explications étaient claires....le hall d'entrée est trés beau et chaleureux.

malheureusement pour nous, les heures d'ouvertaure du parc aquatique sont bien insuffisante.bien que le parc fermait à 20h00 le soir à 18h30 déjà le personnel s'Est rarifié et nous n'avons ni eu la chance d'avoir la piscine à vague en route , ni les tubes de glissade et nous n'avons pu faire que deux glissades avec bouées..vraiment trés décevant car c'est pour le parc aquatique que nous avions choisi cet hotel.

Le parc aquatique est bien pour les enfants.

Il y avait un mariage dans une des salles de réception et il y avait du bruit lorsque les invités ont regagné leurs chambres tôt le matin. Puisqu'il s'agit d'un hôtel pour les familles, il y a beaucoup de jeunes enfants et cela est également bruyant.

Vous pouvez facilement ouvrir la picine a 10h par exemple au lieu de 11h, pour le soir 9h est beaucoup mieu que 8h, c est la meilleur chose de l hotel, merci beaucoup.

Il n avait pas assez de serviette de bain dans la salle de bain pour quatre personnes il devrait y avoir plus de serviettes de bain. merci
