Great pool and patio area on the roof. Good breakfast. It was the ideal place for a family gathering. At our request we were all put on the same floor. The larger suite was a great place to gather. We all loved the little kitchen areas. The only two things that were a disadvantage were the fact there were only two elevators for 17 floors, and the size of the parking area, which could only take small cars. Larger cars had to accommodated in a neighbouring hotel.

The apartment was well- equipped. The price was very good for the nice- sized room that was provided. The elevators were very slow and not enough of them to accommodate the amount of guests. The doors closed too quickly, also.

The staff are universally pleasant. The rooms are large, and well appointed (even if the furnishings are looking a little shabby). The beds are harder than ideal, but the staff instantly responded with some foam padding above the mattress. The breakfast is surprising, and generous. And there are nice touches like free WiFi in rooms, and a free computer + (all important printer) available in the breakfast room. Throughout our stay only one lift was functioning. Given there are sixteen floors, it was in massive demand. You could usually be certain of waiting at least three minutes for it to arrive at your floor; the worst was a seven minute delay. Of course lifts malfunction from time to time. But there was no sign of anybody at work at any stage (and it had apparently been out of action for three days before we arrived). It genuinely detracted from our stay. Also the place is vastly overheated. Without any individual control systyems. When we asked for advice on what to do, the suggestion was simple: just open the windows. So even though it was snowing steadily outside, that is precisely what we frequently had to do to keep from boiling. Apart from the ecological damage caused, it must mean that the hotel is paying far higher fuel bills than necessary. Thus increasing the overall costs for the customer.

The accommodation was great for my family. Thanks for accessories provided but I thought pots were provided too. The need for special needs because my daughter is wheelchair bounded. I would like to return with my daughter. I would also like to have more protein included in the breakfast package even if we have to pay a bit more.Thank you Family of Judith Hanniford

Location is the best aspect about this hotel. It appears that old apartment buildings have been converted into a hotel, without proper capacity planning about elevators, breakfast, etc. Moreover, my room was not insulated well for Montreal winter. In future I will stay at other hotels, and not this one.

Liked most of the amenities -but would have preferred 2 beds (single or double in the room) for comfort. The windows have no darkener blinds. I cannot sleep if lights are visible - has to be in total darkness. Shd be an option to close blinds or darken the room.
