Location is excellent
Breakfast is poor Hotel needs an update
Great proximity to Metro,Shopping Malls,Old Montreal, Downtown and Supermarket. We loved the indoor rooftop pool, scenic sun and viewing deck and the coin laundry. The included continental breakfast was great. The kitchenette and full size fridge were convenient.
Room size location and staff
Old needs refurbishment badly, not clean, not flexible, unreliable Internet
I was visiting my granddaughter who is studying at McGill. Location couldn't have been better.
Parking around the block was fine for me but would have been inconvenient if I was less mobile or had a large amount of 'stuff' to manage.
Great location comfortable and great value-thanks
the breakfast and everything else. Some people don't have manners but there is nothing you can do about that. It was a pleasant stay in a city I love.
Most everything. Loved the location...so accessible to the metro, shops, restaurants. The room, with the great view, the kitchen, it all made for a relaxing stay.
Can't think of anything
The 'room' was really a well equipped flat with it's own living room and kitchen/diner and was perfect as a base for our visit to Montreal. The location was just right for that purpose too.
Not anything really.
Very noisy from the room next door we could not sleep
Almost everything, especially breakfast.
Check-in was quick, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing of consequence.
It is a great place to stay! definitly recommended.
Great location for our stay. Great staff.
The carpet in the bedroom needs a good shampoo and they need to update the bathroom and add a vent for humidity sand odors.
Location. Size of Rooms Staff Responsiveness in case of queries
Breakfast contains mainly bread, cereals and fruit. Rooms not well lit. Lift very slow. Housekeeping does not include cleaning of Kitchen.
Comfort of our room; we had everything we needed.
This hotel in the heart of Montreal was perfect. The suite was comfortable and clean. The staff very helpful The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety in a lovely and organized room
Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Well equipped kitchenette. Excellent location. Value for money. Well appointed rooms.
No eggs for breakfast
Best bed and pillows in an hotel I've ever experienced. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the street side and loved it. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating and on the one occasion we voiced a complaint it was attended to and rectified immediately. Have told everyone how good our stay here was.
The lifts were so slow it was unbelievable!
Location was great, Staff at reception were helpful, friendly and had good standard of English Suite was large, spacious and comfortable Aircon in lounge and main bedroom kept the suite at comfortable temperature and bug nets meant we could open the windows without being eaten by mozzees. WIFI strong and fast Had a pool, great for unwinding after a day of sightseeing Pretty good buffet breakfast
Both rooms had double beds (common in Canada), but meant that my sons didn't get best night sleep (ages 8 and 11, so lot of giggling) Pool had no changing facilities, very limited gym equipment (not used). WIFI limited to 4 devices, which is a challenge in day of iPods, tablets and smartphones with family of 4 Parking was at another hotel and quite prices - would have been nice if included in price Aircon quite noisy - too much to leave on at night in bedroom Breakfast room is way too small for number of guests with long queue at times for toasters
We needed to be able to travel by foot for quick meetings that did not run concurrently, so it was perfect to pop back and rest if need be. Easy to make yourself at home!
This was my second time in this hotel. The thing I liked most was the kitchen in the room, with a big refrigerator, microwave, sink, cooker/stove and all the utensils that you would need. Very useful if you get tired in eating out all the time during your trip.
They told us to go to Pullman wine bar around the corner and it was GREAT.
gorgeous room great dining, and efficient kitchen I did like the continental breakfast, helpful maids
Spacious room, nice view, balcony a plus Mattress in bedroom very comfortable Parking very reasonable for location Location very good
Mattress in sofa bed VERY uncomfortable Continental breakfast had almost nothing for my husband who is gluten and lactose intolerant
This hotel is centrally located to many major attractions and Metro. Lots to do and see within walking distance. The staff are helpful and professional.
Lack of on-site parking is a drag, but parking nearby is adequate, albeit expensive (about $20/day).
