I liked the location which was near the train station and also near my friends who live downtown. I also liked that the room was clean and quiet and the curtains shut out light. The staff are 24 hours and they are friendly so if you lost your key or arrive late they are there. I have a bath in the morning and the water was slightly too cold to be satisfying. They do not offer separate shampoo and conditioner but only a combined package so I had to bring my own. The breakfast they offer was only high fat pastries although the coffee was good.

This is a lovely old Inn where each room is unique. The staff were INCREDIBLE- friendly, genuine, helpful. The location is excellent for local dinners out and exploring Montreal. Book on the main level if you need to avoid stairs.

The Hotel is close to shopping centres and within walking distance to the main action area :-) As with most older hotels in Montreal, you have to walk up the stairs. No elevators for those with kids.

Situation géographique, amabilité du personnel, charme de l hotel malgré ou grâce a son côté vieillot. Très bonne situation géographique. Hotel n offrant pas des prestations d un trois étoiles surtout pour les prestations du petit déjeuner.

L'hôtel est assez bien situé pour découvrir les différents quartiers de Montréal. Accueil agréable comme partout au Québec Propreté moyenne Petit déjeuner médiocre Télévision petite et très ancienne

The location is great the hotel's ambiance is nice usually the rooms are clean but this stay our room was surprisingly not as clean as previous experiences the staff are friendly and helpful The sheets were stained and there were dirty toilet paper on the bathroom's floor and in the sink as soon as we walked in after check-in there are no safe boxes in the rooms no irons for the rooms or one that can be brought to the room the shower's water pressure is very low

La situation géographique, sur Sherbrooke et à deux pas de downtown et du plateau Mont Royal. L'atmosphère "maison de famille". L'accueil chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner en sous-sol n'est pas top.

Location to Jazz Festival and activities Friendly, helpful staff. No ice. Machine was too small, too close to hot soda machine. Did not make sufficient ice. The shower head was terrrible in our room and there was no water pressure. Took a long time to rinse hair.
