Location for my meetings was super. Fitness facility was very good. I would not consider it at $295/night hotel. Adjoining restaurant is over priced as well.

The great thing was that every time I called, the stuff was brought to us immediately. They brought us more towels and a full length mirror to use outside the bathroom. It was still dark but at least we could get ready. Front desk staff was incredible. There were only 2 things that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. It was a problem that there was not a mirror outside the bathroom vanity so that one of the other girls couldn't get ready if someone else was in the bathroom. The other is that the lighting in the room was too low. It was too dark in the room especially when we were trying to get ready. Opening the curtain definitely helped. Just a couple other things...one day the cleaning staff took our soap and didn't replace it. And, when we first got there, there were only 2 bath towels and no hand towels.

Food, room design and layout. Internet was not free when even the worst places I've stayed in offer it at no charge. By the time you check out, each day has an extra 14 dollars of charges due to tourism levies and taxes not mentioned upon initial booking.

The bed in the room was very comfortable. The view with Balcony access was great. The Valet were awesome and were very quick when needing my Car. The pillows in the King Luxury suite are far too small for the size of the bed. Would have been nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the room. The shower pressure needs to be increased and the water temperature was not consistent. I also did not agree with taking $100 security deposit per night. I could see $100 security deposit for your stay but per night was a bit excessive.

The rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. I liked the bathroom products. It was very noisy on the street below, not a great location. I did not like that I was charged to park.

I the staff were very friendly and seem generally happy to be working and interested in your comfort. When we arrived in our floor on Friday night there was a room service tray outside a room waiting for pick-up, that same tray stayed out in the hall for the duration of our stay. As well late Saturday night there was a group of guest who thought is was ok to party in the hall disrupting the sleep and peace of the other guest and this went on for 2+ hours with no actions by the security to stop it, even though other guest had informed them of this.

location Not very clean. No light in room. Halls-around elevators dirty (gravel) in morning. Shower head hurt due to hard water clogging heads. Restaurant-lobster bisque not sweet as expcected, bitter after taste. Bread was too exotic. Restaurant is place to try new things, not get food you know you would like.

Beds are really comfortable. Rooms and corridors are really dark. Staff will offer you extra lamps if you ask but otherwise the rooms are lit only by a couple of small lamps. The decor is black which makes the rooms very gloomy. Dark furniture is in need of refurbishment too.
