The pillows are nice
The 2nd floor was under construction and that was where we were, no bath and bathroom outlets didn't work. Walls were paper thin.
Upgraded straight away without asking to a suite. Staff were amazing and very helpful
Only stayed their one night!! wish I stayed longer
Aveda Products in room is a big reason why I stay here Restaurant facility is amazing Newspaper Delivery Bed was comfy
Carpet looked gross, wore my shoes at all times had to ask for a bar of soap there was not enough Toilet Paper in my room King Bed should have at least 4 pillows not just three
Great staff, friendly, helpful
Drywall and debris
Location and staff
Cool rooms, raw bar heated pool
Wifi costs extra, rooms are noisy, we switched twice and could still hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. They were undergoing renovations to some of the rooms at the time and our had been renovated/upgraded to be soundproof but it was not. No bar soap was provided, coffee provided initially but not replenished and there is no plug in for coffee maker unless you drag it across the room. Lot of potential, great space & location but could do a lot better.. I would give this a true 3.5 star rating
Friendly staff, right downtown and close to the many attractions. Our room was very comfortable. Didn't have any problem with noise at all.
Paid WiFi, expensive parking.
Hotel was tastefully decorated. Tub was a deep long soaker. Staff were friendly. would stay there again.
Wish there was a fridge in the room. Parking seems expensive to me.
My husband and friends came to stay. I booked 2 luxury king rooms and at check in we were told the second luxury king wasn't available and that a studio king would be available. We were not told that the studio king was on a floor that was being renovated. On Sunday the 12th we had another friend come and when he was checking in we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Melissa at the front desk who was snappy and extremely rude. I am very unsatisfied with the Hotel Arts and will never stay there again.
Parking information is tricky for an overall price / quality decision. They do not specify that you have to pay or not. The price of parking is extremely expensive, I they will tell you when you ask for the bill, unless you clarify and review prices whole checking in. At that time will be too late to move to a another hotel. If they specify the parking price, you can make a better hotel decision.
Valet - welcoming Front Desk - professional Room Upgrade - available Room - amazing tower view Noise - zero noise despite construction Rate - affordable midweek Location - perfect, downtown
I wish my stay was longer then one night.
They provide Aveda bathroom products which are very nice.
Our floor was under renovation and we did not know this until we checked in. It was super dusty. Our room had no full size mirror and the lighting in the bathrooms is very poor. Our king size bed had 3 pillows, only 1 was of good quality.
The bed was a little hard, should not chage for wi-fi, neighbourhood a little sketchy
We booked in to celebrate my best friend's birthday. I made a note that if there was anything special they could do it would ve greatly appreciated. I expected maybe a fruit plate or a bottle of wine. They up graded our room for us and there was a beautiful display with my friend's name and happy birthday. It includes some delicious chocolate treats and a flower. There was a note wishing her a happy birthday about was singed by the staff. It was so impressive and thoughtful. I will most definitely be going back for more special occasions.
Paying for parking. I live out of the city and therefore had to drive and I had to pay $20 to park overnight. Complementary parking would be nice.
Just a very nice modernist style hotel.
Charging an extra $35 for wifi and parking is tacky for a classy place.
Nice location and facilities. Front desk staff was great initially and the room was well prepped.
I forgot my jacket in the room after checkout, called the very next day to request for it and told to wait for a callback from lost and found. A day later, still no callback. Called them back again, only to be told they didn't find the jacket. Really!!
The coffee, the dirty vents, the noise from adjoing rooms, the heat in the middle of the night
Raw Bar was fantastic - the bartender was friendly and attentive. His name was Dylan. We'll definitely be back.
Paying for parking! No wifi in rooms! Lack of easy food options!
Staff, location & brakfast buffet was great.
Under renovations had to take stairs Friday at check in but were back up & working at Friday night
Near the Stephans Mall with great shops and lots of places to eat!
Had a hotel deal and price was very good for the high quality stay. Room was newly renovated. Outside pool, within the walls of the building, was nice(depending on the weather). Valet car parking for $24 per day. Restaurants/pubs nearby. Easy walk to the city.
staff was friendly.
Room was not clean, furniture was scratched, carpet dirty, very noisy air conditioner, there was no room cleaningmakeup service over the two days we stayed and renovations going on the same floor. This was not identified when we booked the room. Would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
The staff were amazing!
The cost was a little high to justify it to be my main choice to stay.
That it was close to the venue that I was attending.
No free Wifi, no fridge, no microwave, and the vending machines on my floor didn't work.
