The room was cold we slept with our clothes on and the lady on the desk her english wasn't good at all. Would not go there again.

dirty carpets, fleas in carpet,,,,,,bedspread needs laundering, lightbulbs needed in lamps. No extra toilet paper in room and not enough towels

im realllly reaaly upset with this motel this is the worse motel ever i have seen in my life i hav bed bugs alll over my body the room was nasty full of bugs the washroom looked haunted i was so upset that why did i book this hotel nexttime im not booking any thing online cuz they take your credit info nd u cant even cancel cuz they will charge u cancellation fee i hated it this room it was my birthday weekend nd i decided to go niagra to enjoy but i did not... i was very excited but with all the bed bugs on my body i feel like going back there telling them offfff aston villllllaa worse motel plzzzzzzz no one every stay here or u will regart like meeeeeeeeee

TV didn't work. Hot water took forever purple old tub and toilet, no mat on bathroom floor minimum towels bedding slid off of the bed

The room looked like the photos online which I appreciated. The beds were firm, clean, and did not sink in. Room furniture was decent and modern looking. The ac was ice cold and worked very well. We also had a mini fridge in our room. Parking was right in front of our door and the motel was small so there was no noise which was perfect for us as a married couple. This was not a party motel. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and went over the map with us and gave tips on where cheap parking lots were. I would stay here again for sure 100%.

Not in walking distance to downtown and the Falls, however we had a car and it was about 3-5 minutes up the road. The tv did not work at all and there was no remote anywhere to be found in the room. The bathroom was pretty dated and in rough condition however there were plenty of soaps.

the building and facilities were really old, base on its price I think it was fair.

One of the non smoking room we booked smells cigarettes. We asked the manager to help us with it,as I have small kids and a guess with nasal allegies.Instead he gave me an airfreshener and told me to open the air conditioner ...That's all he can do and give us the option to leave ...Our last day of vacation ruined just because I book a cheap motel. Will never book one again....

Price, WIFI, microwave and location

For the price, it was OK. Location was on main road. Only to be used for sleeping.

Kind of dumpy

I understand that it is but a transient hotel. for cleanliness of the rooms do not have a very bad service. no change of towels. no change of sheets on the beds. have a TV service. very bad. have a bad internet service. have to do the same host his room to sleep again. for me in general have bad service and is cheaper than a hotel has no excuse for not giving good service.

The hotel was right in the middle of all the attractions of Niagara Falls, It is ten minutes from the falls.

The room was so so tiny, there wasn't room for the bed, the pullout bed and our luggage. It was smaller than a normal living room. I can't describe the smell tahat was in there, but I think my daughter said it best. She said it smelled like a dead cat that peed on itself before it died. We had a very ugly purple bathroom, not just the paint, but all the appliances. Let's just say, I statyed at a Motel 6 before this, and we all expect motel 6 to be run down, bottom of the line, but it put Aston Villa to shame. I would not stay at Aston Villa ever again.

There is absoloutly nothing to like

I was in shock. First they give me a room in the very corner which is not considered safe and that is not what I reserved. They are not freindly people and not wecloming. The room was suppose to be non smoking but it reeked from cigretes smell.The worst thing was that after the first night I wake up with bed bugs bites all over my body. I showed them to the owner and he said it could be from the grass outside the room. I went to the pharmacist and they assured me it was bed bugs bites. So after two days I moved out to a different hotel and they did not give me no rfund neither a receipt!! I should have reported them to the health department. I am really saying this so people can avoid this place especially if they have kids until something is done about health safety and cleanliness. I hope that my comments will be put on Booking because it is all true and I have used booking and gave good positive comments but this time I can'T.. It was a horrible experience!!

Facility not kept up to date. Some features repaired, others in state of neglect. 2 beds in room both very uncomfortable and broken down so sagged badly in the middle.

Our Hockey Team has been coming here for over 10 years and we always love the exerience.

The motel is run down the carpets are disgusting and the rooms stink...the experience is pitiful...im never going back!!!

good location that the red line shuttle bus just pass by the motel, friendly and helpful staff . Quiet and big room, good price.

It is the worst experience. Air condition is noisy, add some other noise whole night, dirty, I can not fall asleep every signal second. I will never choose again.
