Didn't see the staff at all, The only helpful man who answers the phone calls stays out of the building. Extreme airflow through door margins. Couldn't put the luggage in lobby for some hours left to flight(this is not a hotel). The tower is in fact a zoo full of different races of dogs.
very dirty carpet and floor They charge 50$ for cleaning but when i checked under sofa it was really really dirty( there was lots of rubbish under sofa) Blanket smells smoke ash so we had to wash it No more tissue for toilet or kitchen except the first one No more shampoo Nobody to answer your complaint Temprature was -38 when I arrived but heating system did not work for second night, i reported to the help line at night but they did not do any thing till the day after when i called several more times and finally they sent me a small small fan Curtain did not work and all the night we had light in our room so my son could not sleep
Great staff, great apartment, excellent value for the money. Room was clean, staff was very helpful.
We didn't have enough toiletries for the length of our stay and atlas suit did not respond to our phone call. Had to ask the front desk, and they couldn't not help us because the apartment was privately owned.
Noisy! very easy to hear other apartments noise and also outside
Location, spacious, well equiped kitchen.
Windows & entrance door could not isolate from wind & noise. Climatization was not configurable. 2nd bedroom without window
Hello I loved the space, nice décor, Perfect location. I would return.
Hello The fireplace was not functioning, (that is just an FYI) Wifi did NOT work no hot water on Sunday morning Spare bed was very uncomfortable. You need bedding for the pull out. Pillows are of poor quality Your cleaner needs to wash the balcony door.
parking early checkout
Loved the location, the accommodation for 4, actually had 3 beds, great tv, super fast elevators, excellent security, adequate linens, no carpet!
Most of the lightbulbs were burnt out except for the oven light which couldn't be turned off
Exactly how it was described. Great apartment and view. It had everything I needed. It can fit 4 easy.
Very stylish and new with plenty of room and all the facilities you need. Great location within walking distance of CBD and CN Tower. Magnificent views of Lake Ontario.
It's a private apartment within a condominium, so no on site staff to assist. That said, there is a help line you can ring.
Very close to South Metro Convention Centre, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and downtown in general. Loved having a separate living room area instead of just one chair like a normal hotel - for the same price. Temperature easy to adjust. Beautiful view of both downtown and lake when on side of building.
The kettle didn't work in the kitchen but wasn't a major requirement of mine so I didn't bother to mention it to staff. Bed was a bit hard but could be personal preference.
No access to the gym/ don't refill the toilet paper(we stayed there for ten days) so we bought more ourselves/
The building was in a great location and there is a nice view of the lake. It was close to downtown. We didn't drive anywhere the entire time we were there, nor did we use public transit. The building is located in the entertainment district and is a 20 to 30 minute walk to almost everything. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
The extra bed was rather uncomfortable. It was just a box-spring and mattress. This would be fine, but the mattress was very thin. Security in the building is rather tight(which is good in some ways) and it would have been nice to have an extra key. Parking is not included so be sure to reserve a space in advance if you have a car.
Clean and large rooms, just like in pictures Great location, probably one of the best in Toronto for visitors Very accommodating staff Because of the apartment-style rooms and the fact that everything was provided (detergent, shampoo, etc.), its the closest to home you can feel while travelling
Bathtub wasn't clean an hair on bathroom floor
The location was great as were the views. The apartment itself was roomy and safe.
The rudeness of the person at the desk. No possibility to leave luggage if your flight is late due to check out at 11. Had to make a few calls to get owner to let us stay on for a few hours extra which was very helpful. The carpet could do with a clean and a few of the basic cooking utensils were unusable. Would find basic package of salt/pepper, small bottle of oil would be helpful. Recommend putting clear instructions on using oven as we did not even know it was gas till we smelled it! The noise of traffic was disruptive to a good sleep.
Spacy and clean. well equipped kitchen.
Too noisy from traffic. No curtain (only blinder). Bathroom uncomfortable.
Facilities like kitchen was fully equipped, laundry facilities, quiet.
The bed was too soft and no replenishment of toiletries (I stayed for 11 days).
Came to Toronto for a conference. Atlas suites was not only cheaper than a hotel for my party of 5 but far more comfortable. Very conveniently located as well. Fantastic view of the city from the balcony.
Sometimes the wifi didn't work and parking is a little frustrating in the area.
Good location, nice harbor view. This is a furnished apartment but not a hotel. It is very reasonable and nice for longer stay. Glossary store is just across the street. Roger's Center, Union Station are walking distance.
It was in between the warm and cold season so there was only air conditioner, which made me cold in the evening.
Very nice apartment, with everything I need. Nice view of the lake. It's very safe. location wise: about 5 minutes walk from CN Tower, though not that close to subway. I'll recommend to my friends, definitely
Location location! Amazing view, , comfortable apartment, well furnished. Handy having washer and dryer. Walk to everything.
The building is actually called something else ( not Atlas), and this, coupled with the totally clueless apartment block concierge, lead to 3 hours of walking, phoning, emailing to try and sort out where we were actually staying. Major communication issue, they should put it in their ad that they are an apartment within a 56 story block with another name. That would have caused much less confusion.
Close to Metro convention centre and a grocery store. Also full kitchen and pull out sofa to accommodate us and the kids.
Mislead in ad that there was a recreation facility to use; pool, sauna , hotub, and billiards were not accessible. These facilities were in next building, and was told by security staff that only the owners of the units had access to the rec facilities. The parking garage is a confusing maze, which is comprised of three building garages, however not clearly marked as to which builfing is which. When we arrived, someone was parked in our assigned spot, and stated there for the duration of our stay. Called the number provided, and the voice mailbox was full. Also emailed atlas suites, in which we did not get a response either way. The staff in the building are strictly security and were polite, however no one is there representing these short term rentals, you are on your own.
The blankets were too old and used, the sofa bed was extremely not comfort, there was only sheet for mattress for sofa bed not for blankets of sofa bed. There was and extramatress which was so dirty. The carpet on the floor was old and dirty. I bought a set of sheets for them.
