The blankets were too old and used, the sofa bed was extremely not comfort, there was only sheet for mattress for sofa bed not for blankets of sofa bed. There was and extramatress which was so dirty. The carpet on the floor was old and dirty. I bought a set of sheets for them.
The blinds were broken, the bathroom and kitchen were dirty, there were only 2 thin towels, all the fixtures were really cheap - vinyl couch. The air conditioning was brutally noisy, there was no flow through ventilation. Lighting was brutal and no dimmers. It was an atrocious experience.
Friendliness of staff Second matress in the other room Excellent location Slightly outdated building/room/furnitures
Very loud at night (intersection of road and highway) Balcony door did not close properly Very dark place, not much light Small bed
Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and value for money.
Fully serviced apartment Washer/dryer included Wi-fi included in room rate Easy access to Downtown area
Staff were unable to provide a second key/fob to access the building & room Garbage chute listed as being on the floor, nowhere to be found.
Everything was fantastic. Good location. About the staff in the reception, yes they are not friendly but it is not Atlas Suites fault because it is a regular apartment block.
The microwave was not clean.
Honesty and transparency
Apartment was great. Nice and roomy. Had everything we needed. We parked the car and biked everywhere.
Desk staff was abrupt and fairly unhelpful. Small repairs needed in suite. Cheap to do and would make a huge difference.
Quality. Location. View from 35th floor. Service when needed.
Location is amazing Free Parking Beautiful building
Broken bed and couch pullout was uncomfortable. Bathroom awkward; no countertop space, light switch outside door.
Located next to Rogers Centre, CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. Walking distance to Eaton Centre and Ontario Place. Very quiet building. Great view of Lake Ontario and Billy Bishop Airport.
TV in bedroom wouldn't work. Pull-out sofa couch was very uncomfortable, even with an extra mattress on it. No facecloths or hand towels. Closet door was removed from the laundry closet which made it very noisy when using the washer and dryer. Wi fi was slow.
Location and modern layout. Terrace view fr the 36th floor.
Unfriendly front desk staff. Cigarette smell in the unit. Tub faucet hard to operate.
Loved that in a few walking minutes you were on the lake or at the rogers center or on front street eating delicious meal The view from the condo was spectacular and very comfie with enough room for five of us to sleep
It's a great location, very convenient and fairly priced for suites in the area.
They advertise a pool and fitness center available with the rental. There is a pool and fitness center located in the building next door, but it is NOT available for these short-term rentals. It is only available for permanent residents. When my kids and I went to use it, the front desk person at the pool/fitness center said the management renting these condos is very aware of the fact that the pool and fitness center are not available for these rentals, but they continue with the false advertising anyway. Both of these amenities were a major factor in our decision to stay here, so I am really disappointed that we were intentionally lied to about this.
Location, amenities, secure parking
Initial confusion upon check in as security unaware of our booking, unable to make calls on in room phone, finding out after booking about the cleaning fee
The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the lakeside. The room is comfortable and we appreciate the upgrade to the room with lake-view, which is fantastic.
-Good location -Washer/dryer in apartment -Secure entry to building -Great view of CN Tower
-Strange location for bathroom light switch (behind the door), which was a bit problematic in the dark -Master bed was uncomfortable for us
Loved the location!
We were told we couldn't use the pool or gym, that they were only for long term renters. The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. Our suite could use an update, lots of signs of wear. Bedding for the pull out was incomplete. We were only given 1 key fob for 3 people.
the suite was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and even the sofa bed. very close to the rogers centre which we wanted. within walking distance to the eaton centre. Could be a little cheaper but overall our stay was fantastic.
The fact that someone left the gas burner on on the stove, so when we walked in the whole apt was filled with gas very scary situation for sure! Felt a little unsettled after that!
As a regular guest at Atlas Suites, I can say without a doubt that their apartments are clean, well-maintained and have plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped and the building staff was helpful. Overall a great and comfortable experience.
Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked excellent in my room.
The underground parking was a maze to navigate. It would have been nice to have a map. It was nice to know my parking spot prior to arriving but finding it was not easy. Then to get to the right building was not easy, the parking lot is for two buildings.
The location was excellent and some staff members were extremely helpful
The bathroom tidy had not been emptied leading me to believe the hygiene was not up to standard A number of faults no tea towel, lights not working bed on the floor, no tea or coffee provided intitially We were advised to go to one address then directed to a different apartment at a different address a rather daunting thing to happen when you have arrived from another country and have no idea of directions I have been verbal told I well be compensated for these problems Some security were less than helpful
Location. It was clean, and was the apartment that you see in the pictures. The view over the lake and Toronto Islands is lovely. It was convenient and clean. Parking was reasonably priced for that area.
Second 'bedroom' was a bit strange, it's a box spring and mattress as you come in the front door, but it was a step up from a pull out couch. We were delayed for half an hour waiting on the concierge to return the keys the following morning.
i lik brand new building
it was a little noisy and elevator was too old .
