The one person we met when we checked in was very nice. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The rooms were great, but it really is not a hotel. I would recommend this place to someone looking for a cottage like setting and not a hotel. This did not really feel like a hotel. No one came to make the beds or clean while we were there. Coffee was not supplied after the first day. I thought that it was a little expensive for what we were getting when I realized that there was not housekeeping included.

Proximité de la piscine extérieure: on pouvait aller sur le bord de la piscine pendant le dodo des enfants. Parc pour les enfants, piscine intérieure. La piscine extérieure n'est pas chauffée et était à 72 lors de notre séjour. Matelas des chambres plus ou moins confortables. Il y a un spa mais il est à l'intérieur.

La localisation J'ai prix une chambre mais vous me n'avez pas informe que elle est situe au demisol.une mauvaise surprise................pas gentile

l'absence de réception et le manque d'indication pour s'inscrire lorsque nous arrivons de soirée l'obligation de retourner porter les clés le lendemain à la réception du mont St-Anne, faudrait trouver une alternative.

Buscábamos un hotel económico donde dormir tras un viaje agotador, y fue la mejor elección. Eramos 5 personas y descansamos genial, la zona es preciosa, y aunque no tuvimos oportunidad de bañarnos, el hecho de tener piscina es importante. Limipo y confortable. Es perfecto La recepcción estaba cerrada y tuvimos que ir a por las llaves a otra zona a un kilómetro montaña arriba. Pero con che..no fue problema

El apartamento en general y sus servicios, como la piscina, eran estupendos. Dentro del apartamento los muebles, el lavavajillas, el calor excesivo indicaban que necesita un poco de renovación

Il y avait plein de fourmis et de moisissure les lits étaient inconfortable et on doit faire de la route pour arriver au mont saint Anne
