Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

Full size stove, kitchen was well equiped main door did not open well, the light in living room required you to stand on the coffee table to turn on and off, rooms were cold when we arrived and there were no instructions on how to turn on heat (turned out there were many individual thermostats, not just one), no timer for oven |

Le studio était aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, la cuisine et la salle de bain étaient très bien équipées. Tout était propre et bien entretenu, le personnel à l'accueil très aimable et serviable. Je trouve dommage que le sauna n'ait pas un espace douche spécifique et que les armoires dans les vestiaires ne puissent être fermées à clefs. Connaissant moins l'électroménager canadien, j'airais aimé avoir une notice explicative pour le four et la hotte. |

Está muy bien ubicado y no es difícil de encontrar. El condo estaba en perfectas condiciones y muy limpio. Las piscinas muy tranquilas. El personal atento y amable. Para mi la relación calidad-precio es la óptima. Me preguntaron si volvería, la pena es que lo tengo al otro lado del océano, sinó por supuesto que lo haría. |
