Housed in a historic building, Hotel Épik Montréal is located in Old Montréal. There is a coffee shop in the lobby and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

This hotel features modern design. The outdoor terrace offers panoramic views of downtown Montréal’s Quartier des Spectacles. A kitchenette is featured in all guest rooms.

In Old Montreal, Quebec, only steps from many attractions, this historic hotel has European elegance, along with first-rate services and an extensive selection of on-site dining options.

What a pleasant surprise. Everything was so clean and perfect.
Everything was perfect
Great location at one end of Old Montreal neighborhood. Just far enough from the bulk of the restaurants and shops to be quiet and relaxing. It's also set back from the street quite a bit which also helps. The staff was very nice. Room was small but clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was good. We only spent a little time on the terrace but it was a nice location and a great place to relax on a summer night. It was easy to hear our neighbors in the adjoining rooms. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
Friendly Staff Clean and comfortable facilities Breakfast very healthy, european style, no fried sausages, waffles etc... Close to everything in Old Montreal, 5 minutes from the subway, 30 minute walk to St. Catherines shopping and a 2 minute walk to the harbor. This is as close to europe as you can get and still be in North America. We were so relaxed, our 3 day vacation felt like a week. We will be going back......
Went on a busy weekend and there are a number of younger people who liked to come in late and socialize. You can hear talking from the rooms next door, the walls are thin and you can hear creaking and thumping from the rooms above. $2.00 ear plugs fixed the problem.
We loved our room and the attached access to the patio.
At night, the lights in the hallways and stairs are not lit. We had to check out very early to catch our train and if not for the flashlight on my phone, we wouldn't have been able to see walking down the stairs.
location, decor, breakfast, terrace,
Our friends Room had a hiccup on clean linen.
location in Old Montreal!
A charming getaway, steps away from the sites and sounds and flavours of Old Montreal. We loved the secluded patios that let you watch the world go by while lingering over a sumptuous breakfast
Not a thing.
Just a wonderful experience!
The walls were thin, but our neighbors were quiet.
The breakfast was excellent. The room was beautiful. The location was terrific.
Wifi was awful and needs a major upgrade. Parking lot near hotel engages in predatory towing and hotel should warn you about that. They seemed clueless.
No parking. Internet connection was slow.balcony dirty
Great location with friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
We booked the superior room on the top floor which I think was the most expensive in the hotel. The room was ok but not worth the expense. The view is of the courtyard area behind apartments and a restaurant-pretty ugly actually. The entrance walkway to the hotel was littered with debris. Using a broom or blower on the walk would really have helped that all important first impression. Also the room had only louvered blinds and no curtains so the 5:30 am light was blocked. I would not stay here again.
Such a cute little auberge... Everything from the doors to the small alleyway you drive through to get to the entrance... It reminded me of a hotel I stayed at in Paris (be careful when you drive in because the alley is REALLY small, but that's part of the fun!) The young lady at the front was both charming and very helpful. The facilities themselves were OK, but I absolutely loved the atmosphere.
Breakfast was only served at 9:30, which was unfortunate given we needed to have already left earlier than that.
Ceiling of bedroom was so low, I had to bend over and crawl to get into bed. I hit my head on the ceiling 5 times. If we were staying more than one night, I would have demanded another room. The desk clerk was very helpful and pleasent.
We were lucky enough to find a hotel for the June 3 Corey Hart concert. The hotel we were staying at didn't have room so we had to change. We found this last minute and wish we would have had it the entire stay. The staff was so helpful and kind. The continental breakfast was fab. The rooms were spotless and this hotel was a beautiful change. Great terrace for drinking wine, secure and right in Old Montreal. It felt like we were in Europe. My sister and I will always stay there when in Montreal. I plan on taking my fiancée there too. If you want a B&B experience that is well worth it stay here!!!!!!!!!
There isn't a thing we would change.
This bed and breakfast offered far more than I expected. To begin with, the location was excellent- right smack in the middle of the Old Town while still being slightly removed from the noise. It is very quaint and original. Everything was very clean and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I only wish I had more time to stay. Next time I would also check out the restaurant right next door-I was told it was one of the best in Montreal.
It's location is in the center of old-town Montreal. The breakfast was simple but well done. There was an excellent selection of cable channels.
This is really a hotel for a couple on vacation. I was in Montreal by myself for a conference, and some things about the room were not conducive for that. The room did not have a desk where I could do work. The breakfast hours were kind of late (starting about 8:30 am) which is usually fine for a vacation but too late if you have business.
The room was tiny w a slanted ceiling
Location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Montreal. Parking is easy and finding the highway was quick. Rooms were cozy and homey, although in the midst of Old Montreal, all was quiet at night and great for resting.
Kitchen was not open to guests after breakfast, no way to make a cup of tea or heat something in the microwave. Although there is a family room listed on the website, we were the only family at the hotel and felt a bit self conscious about our child possibly disturbing the other guests.
I loved the ambience, the neighborhood but especially the warm hospitality of the staff. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived to our departure.
Lovely quaint place very helpful staff brilliant location
The location was ideal as we were performing at a local church
Noise in next room...although they were having fun!
peace, refinement, details
stairs, ceiling ( I am 6 feet 4...), american coffee
It offers a relaxing environment.
The Wifi service was not good. Intermittent at best and the breakfast was very limited. I am used to large American breakfasts with hot items but there offering could be customary in Montreal.
Great staff, friendly and accommodating
Internet unreliable and would recommend an accessible fridge for creamers etc so could enjoy coffee before early morning meeting
