There is a cozy feel to the Auberge but your privacy is fully respected. I like the scale of the hotel, which contributes to the coziness. I very much like the location and the way the Auberge faces the park but is also very much part of the surrounding neighbourhood. The breakfast is lovely and the breakfast room very pleasant. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. I always sleep well at the Auberge. I feel as if it is a bit over-priced.

Very pleasant staff Didn't like having to add $100 at arrival--felt it demonstrated a lack of trust of guests. Our room had a strange (slight) odour that was hard to identify but not very comforting.

The location is fantastic, loved the view of Parc LaFontaine covered in snow! Very close to great restaurants in Plateau! It had a cozy feeling of a b&b, great breakfast and it was very convenient to be able to use the kitchen facilities. Spacious and good sized room with a view of a small courtyard, very quiet and convenient since it was on the ground floor. Would definitely return to the hotel! Parking on the premises is very limited and the side streets at night sometimes were full!

Qualite de l'accueil excellent, simple et efficace. Chambre vaste propre et confortable. Hotel bien situe et calme. A recommander sans aucun problèmes! Mon fils faisant ses etudes a Montreal, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet hotel. Peut etre pas assez de places de parking si vous louez une voiture la bas.mais le personnel est comprehensif et arrangeant.

Il s'agit d'un belle maison et le petit déjeuner est excellent Trois choses: - l'accueil sommaire à notre arrivée, la dame assise derrière son bureau a eu du mal à lever les yeux et à nous saluer , de même que la patronne ?le lendemain matin qui ne salue pas vraiment ( par contre les autres personnes étaient fort sympathiques ) - le fait de ne pouvoir régler ou même éteindre la clim qui souffle le froid pendant la nuit - et enfin l'empoussiérage +++ de la bouche de clim de la chambre

Nous avons aimé son emplacement sur le plateau du Mont-Royal, et pas très loin du centre-ville. La décoration des chambres est très cosy et chaleureuse. Peut-être un peu cher...

Accueil trés sympathique, prévenant et grande efficacité de tous. Petit déjeuner varié, copieux et de qualité. Situation dans un quartier sympathique et en lisiére du trés joli parc de la Fontaine. Chambres propres, confortables et assez spacieuses.Accés internet gratuit. Décoration vieillote et moquette surranée. Insonorisation des chambres insuffisante coté couloir.

Cet hôtel est très bien tenu. Le personnel est affable et prévenant. Les chambres bien décorées, sobres et de bon gôut. Malgré qu'elle donnait directement sur la rue, notre chambre était très calme. À notre arrivée, la chambre était surchauffée et il a fallu quelques heures pour que nous nous sentions confortables. Mais comme nous sommes sortis pendant quelques heures, ce n'était pas grave.

Wow. What a little gem of place! The staff were warm, friendly and always helpful. The late breakfasts and access to the kitchen was an added bonus. I'd highly recommend for a weekend trip -- a very cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

Les petits déjeuners, la salle pour les collations, le décor champêtre et chaleureux, l'accès internet inclus et efficace. Les robinets sont souvent difficiles à utiliser (mécanisme récalcitrant). Discussions à un volume un peu trop élevé des employés pendant le petit déjeuner.

Tres bien! Our family of 5 stayed from June 8 - 9. We enjoyed the delicious daily breakfast buffet, pleasant and very convenient location right across the street from the Park. Very helpful bilingual staff.
