Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of CAD 50.00 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Welcoming staff. Understanding of special dietary needs. Facilities Coffee/Tea making in room would have been nice. Having to pay for whole stay on arrival before een seeing room - but apparently this is common in Montreal. |

The location was great, as was the complimentary breakfast. There were a lot of stairs just to get to the lobby, then more to get to the rooms. It wasn't really an issue for me, but it would be for a lot of people. It was the last thing I wanted to deal with arriving at 1AM, totally exhausted. |

L'emplacement et le confort de la chambre. L'accueil très attentif avec un panier pique-nique car je n'avais pas le temps de déjeuner le premier matin. Je regrette que sur booking la comparaison de prix de cet hôtel par rapport aux autres ne prenait pas en compte les taxes québécoises.... Je trouve cela un peu limite car il faut lire en tout petit pour en prendre conscience. |

l emplacement situe a la sortie du metro,le calme pour la chambre de derrière,le petit déjeunercopieux,proximité des restaurants escalier très difficile aussi bien pour monter les bagages que pour les personnes âgées.. |
