We first went to Montreal, then on to explore Old Quebec. Continuing North, we decided to stay in the countryside. This B&B is within driving distance to many of the popular tourist attractions. Wonderful hosts and fabulous breakfasts!! A quiet, relaxing refuge after a day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend adding this to your itinerary as a destination that won't disappoint.
Beautifully furnished old house with a lovely garden beside a stream. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.
We had the large room on the first floor with a ceiling fan, a very comfy King size bed and Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The morning breakfasts were very generous and delicious!! The location was off the major road, so it was quiet but close enough to get to many local sites.
The only minor complaint would be that the bedding was a bit heavy for summer use, a lighter blanket would be a great option to have available.
Amazing breakfast. Food was excellent
gentle owner, the rich and tasty breakfast, the calm situation and an antic house
A well done B&B, with attention to details. I am in the hospitality business and very demanding. We are planing to return soon and expend a week. Very nice room, nice bed, jacuzzi and private terrace to read or just enjoy the silence. Michelle managed to surprise and cook some awesome breakfasts, while his wife spoiled us with a caffe au lait and a basket with fresh baked plain croissants, pain au chocolate, sliced baguette and local sliced maple bread and a selection strawberry, raspberry and apricot homemade preserve that they should bottled and sell to take home...
Leaving was ugly!
This adorable Auberge is so beautifully decorated and has so much charm. There is so much to look at it. It is also peaceful and very comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast. I would definately recommend it to other travelers or locals..
Atmosphere, Friendly Service, Beautiful home, Food
Breakfast breakfast breakfast!!! Best customized home-made breakfast freshly served to your table. For board game lovers: You can play even while eating. Free parking, very cozy, amazing furniture and design, good location; free minutes away from Montmorency falls and the Quebec City.
The towels were clean but smelt a bit humid. There were many spiders, however, since the B&B is located in the nature, it was somehow acceptable.
Near to quebec but still in the countryside and out of tourist traps. Comfortable room with nice shared terraces. Home made very good breakfast.
Nothing in the auberge but quebec city itself was not that impressive
Everything was wonderful. Beautiful location, very peaceful, the owners were very hospitable, delicious food, we made reservations one night for dinner, great French food, owner is a chef. We couldn't have asked for more, great value considering the wonderful service you get.
