We really enjoyed our stay at Auberge la Camarine; location was good for us as we did day trips to Quebec city, les Chutes MontMorency and L'ile d'Oreleans as well as Sainte Anne de Beaupre. The room we had was very clean and very comfortable; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had a room that we requested - for a handicap person. However, there was no room for the wheelchair in the room so it was a good thing my husband could walk a little. The inn itself was very unique and old fashioned. The patio for dining in the summer was also unique. The dining was more on the higher cuisine - not your everyday meals. The room had no air conditioning which was a necessity that weekend we were there. There was no bar fridge where we could keep any refreshments for evening use. I guess they wanted you to use their bar. There were a lot of stairs no matter where you wanted to go - to the front desk, to the bar, to the dining room. We could have had a meal on the patio - that's the only place my husband could walk to.

The location is very good near the Mont Sainte Anne and the room seemed very clean. The reastaurant needs to be very clear about their rules. It was really confusing that they changed the rules during our 3 days period of staying and charge us more for breakfast. Another thing is that they don't respect the contract of booking and often charge more as the Christmas dinner was a complete mess.

Accueil très agréable , chambre grande et propre avec une porte patio avec vue d arbres très nature, emplacement de l’hôtel à mis chemin de Quebec et de a Malbaie excellent pour nous qui aimons aller à la montagne soit les Hautes Gorges de la Malbaie, parc des grands jardins l hôtel est tout près de petit resto sympatique et offre aussi des repas gastronomique j aurais aimé avoir une cafetière dans notre chambre et de la glace à l étage

La qualité de la cuisine et le service au restaurant nous ont marqués les deux fois où nous avons visité cet établissement. Outre la décoration vétuste et l'insonorisation qui laisse à désirer, nous aurions apprécié quelques commodités supplémentaires dans la chambre, comme une planche et un fer à repasser, une cafetière et un petit réfrigérateur. De plus, le foyer, que nous aurions bien aimé faire fonctionner compte tenu du temps froid et humide pour la saison, était hors d'usage et une des lampes torchères était aussi brisée.

L'Auberge a un nouveau chef depuis peu et franchement chapeau. Nous avons mangé comme des reines durant notre séjour. C'était vraiment exquis du déjeuner au souper. Les lits sont confortables, la tranquillité règne partout et ce malgré le fait qu'il y avait un groupe qui fêtait un 35e anniversaire de mariage. Le service est attentionné et professionnel. Petit bruit de fond de circulation étant donné sa proximité avec la route passante, mais pas assez omniprésent pour nous empêché de dormir. L'Auberge se trouve un peu en hauteur et est entouré d'arbre et de verdure, mais j'imagine que les bruits sont beaucoup plus perceptibles lorsque les arbres n'ont plus leur feuille.

L'accueil très chaleureux, la grandeur et la propreté de la chambre.Bien situé pour le ski. Un emplacment un peu coincé entre la route, un hopital et des commerces, mais c'est pas grave.

On nous avait don ne la chambre 22, mais le foyer de la chambre etait defectueux . il non pas hesite a nous donne un autre chambre, la 25 la ou le foyer etait fonctionnelle. Pour cette raison la, ils ont toute mon admiration. Aucun desagrement.

La nourriture était excellente. La chambre était très bien mais la température était trop chaude ou trop froide. Véritable repas gastronomique. Beau décor. Le service était insuffisant. Produits annoncés non disponible plusieurs fois. Serviettes de table pas à toutes les tables. Informations manquantes quant à la description de notre forfait. Propane manquant ce qui a retardé tout le déroulement de la soirée et gâche notre séjour suite à ne pas savoir que notre cocktail était disponible avant le souper. Nous étions partis pour nous reposer et nous n'avons pas pu profiter de notre séjour comme désiré puisque nous avons commandé 2 heures après l'heure prévue... Mal dormi et mange trop tard. Très déçue. Je ne reviendrais pas.

Excellente cuisine aussi bien le diner que le petit dejeuner. Chambre confortable, salle de bain propre. Personnel charmant et a l` ecoute. Ne manque que la clim par temps chaud.
