Quietness, loved the oldness of the building, wasn't there long enough to get to see everything, I went to relax and that I did, what was great was how quiet. That the restaurant is only fine cuisines evenings. Breakfast was great....... |

The staff made a special effort to speak English even though we could understand French. They could see that we were more confortable in English so inconvenienced themselves for us. We had our 90 year old mother with us and she had trouble with the stairs. Also getting in and out of the shower was impossible. |

it was quiet and relaxing, the food was awesome and the staff were very nice. We were traveling with my husbands mom who is ill and found that it really is not the place to go if you are mobility impaired. The bathtub was impossible for her to use. It would be perfect for a couple who was looking for a weekend retreat |

Breakfast was delightful. Nice view from our room. Good location. Please pave the parking lot and clean up the landscaping (we thought we had made a dreadful mistake when we first pulled in). We also had trouble getting the air conditioning to keep the room at a constant temperature. An elevator would have been nice for my folks (over 80). Thanks. |

It was very close to the venue where I had business meetings to attend. The food was good, although a little overpriced, the continental breakfast included was quite adequate and satisfying; the rooms are spacious, the staff friendly and the rate was reasonable. When I called to check on my reservation, they didn't seem to have a record of it; the person I spoke to on the phone seemed confused. Then she gave me the wrong dates. Then I was sent another confirmation via email. When I arrived, she seemed to think we were three people in the room! I did not like the fact that the WiFi Internet access did not work at all from my room. I had to go into a conference room 2 floors below to work which was not convenient. I did not like having to go to the reception desk to ask for ice. |

Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La chambre était très confortable et accueillante. Le foyer et la magnifique vue ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. Non, dès notre arrivée nous avons eu un excellent service. Les repas pris en salle à manger était excellent. |
