    Good location, set back off the high street, so very quiet. Recently renovated, so all very clean - beds very comfortable. Breakfast in the attached cafe was good.

    For $250 per night, you'd expect something with a bit more refined & more expensive finishes and more extras in the room - a coffee making machine, a bigger TV screen, not an A/C freestanding unit (which was too loud to leave on overnight) etc. Guess it was high season and Baie St Paul is not a cheap place to stay in!

    Position excellent right in the centre of town. Very lovely old house with a nice garden where you could sit. Restaurant very good and breakfast excellent.

    food was good; bed was comfortable;

    room was really outdated; had 80's decor. black mold in bathroom; shower drain was plugged and water backed up.

    It was very nice and clean.The food was good at the restaurant.

    The entire street in front of the Auberge had been ripped up to replace sewers, hydro, cables etc. As a result we couldn't even get into many of the stores so they didn't even bother to open. The street was an absolute mess and the trucks and bulldozers were up and running at 7:00a.m. We felt the Auberge should have made us aware of this before we arrived. We did feel sorry for them as I am sure they will loose a great deal of business this summer due to the construction. We only stayed oned night and left.
