The desk staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful with information about events in the city and getting around on the Metro. A good breakfast provided at the room, which can be augmented in the breakfast room on the main floor. Decor was nice - classy and comfortable.

A bit of noise from the street 2 stories below, as my room was at the front of the hotel. Not a big deal, but if the noise is an issue for you, ask for a room at the back of the hotel when booking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was cozy and inviting. The bed was comfortable.

The room was small, with an ugly view of the parking lot, and musty smelling. In the morning we found out there was a steady leak in the ceiling from the room above. There was no standup shower, only a tub and hand held shower. But the worst thing was the location. The hotel is directly across the street from a park where many homeless and drug addicts live and sleep. For us, that part of the city is not what we wanted to experience while on vacation.

Great location - metro station around the corner, also the central bus station where the bus to and from the airport has a stop. Many of the common Montreal attractions in walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was good - all in all a bit small, but if you come to see the city and not want to spend a lot of time at the hotel, it shouldn't bother you. Everything was clean, it is not a brand new place but seems to be taken care of well. Breakfast is included which comes in a small basket delivered to your room every morning. Nice treat!

perfect location in the centre of Montreal, good idea with the breakfast which you get in a basket in front of your door to eat in the room, very friendly staff. Room was very small but for a city-trip it's ok.

The room was well furnished and clean, bed was comfy and bathroom was tasteful. I liked the window seats, perfect for people watching with a cup of tea in the morning. The breakfast hamper was awesome, very tasty and as a solo traveller I liked eating it in my room, not sitting in awkward silence in a breakfast room. All in all good value for money.

The bathroom was perfect for me, but I couldn't help thinking that if I had been a little bit larger I would have had trouble squeezing past the sink to get in the shower. Also, the shower temperature pulsed without warning several times, turning both scalding hot and freezing cold. Made showering a little bit more exciting I guess.

Hôtel petit. Couloirs petits. Chambres petites. Petit déjeuner très simple et ordinaire.

Sa situation géographique

Il est situer au bord d'une grande rue très passante, beaucoup de voitures qui passent d'où beaucoup de bruits même la nuit. Leur système d’évacuation de vapeur pas très au point dans la salle de bain du coup quand un voisin a prit sa douche tôt le matin, le système incendie s'est mis en route et a réveillé tout le monde. Il restait une touffe de cheveux dans la douche et nous avons également retrouvé des choses sous le lit. Chambre mal agencé et trop petite. Pour le petit déjeuner coté sympa du panier à l'entrée de la chambre , encore faudrait- il que les fruits mis dedans soit mangeable! (Orange desséchée)

Sporco,camere buie e mal arredate, con vista su parcheggio( bagno) e muro ( camera). Non c'era doccia ma un antiquata vasca da bagno. Zona piena di barboni e ubriachi.La colazione poi lasciata in un cestino appeso alla porta( il caffè te lo devi fare in camera e se vuoi pane tostato ti devi recare in una cucina comune e prenderlo in un sacchetto dove tutti mettono le mani e scaldartelo. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L'hotel più caro in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Canada ed anche il peggiore.

J''ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la propreté de ma chambre. Tout est paisible et tranquille. C'est agréable également d'avoir notre déjeuner continental à la porte de la chambre.

J'aurais aimé que ma chambre soit un peu plus grande. Je ne sais pas si elles sont toutes de la même grandeur.

Le personnel est excellent : une grand chaleur, très accueillant, toujours le temps pour vous renseigner. Très pratique le petit déjeuner dans un panier et accroché à la porte tôt le matin - très original. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Chris

J'ai bien apprécié le confort de la chambre, l'accueil ainsi que le calme des lieux.

Des qu ils ont su que nous étions en lune de miel, ils nous ont offert spontanément une bouteille de champagne et des chocolats dans notre chambre! Très apprécié

Situation géographique à deux pas des "sites" à voir à Montréal; personnel trés acceuillant et cherchant toujours à donner entiére satisfaction aux clients

Obligation d'utiliser le parking payant de l'hotel.(en sus du prix de la chambre) Le systéme de petit déjeuner :mise à disposition devant la chambre d'une valisette avec quelques ingredients puis utilisation d'une salle avec possibilité de completer ce repas.

L'acceuil, le confort de la chambre, la proximité du centre ville et du metro . Le parking surveillé dont les gestionnaire sont également très agréables .
