Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, easy to get to metro and buses The hot water provided in the kitchen area tasted of coffee (think they put it in an urn that had been used for coffee before) so it wasn't any good for making tea! |

WE both got sick the day before we went away so it was hard to enjoy our time to much that was was nothing to do with the hotel they were a great help. And next time hop we are not sick. |

The second day we did not get the full breakfast - answer from the desklady was only a short "I know, we didn't get the things on time, so some rooms didn't get Croissant" ... not what I was expecting! |

Very friendly staff, nice to get breakfast delivered in the morning. Free internet was great, really helped us book ahead for the rest of our holiday. |

Atmosphère amicale et familiale. Personnel souriant, attentionné et prévenant.Panier petit déjeuner accroché à la porte des chambres tôt le matin. Collations libre service de 15h à 23h ( biscuits, fruits secs, pain grillé, thé café, chocolat;etc...), wifi direct dans les chambres, salon confortable et décoration de tout l'hôtel de très bon goût. |

Propre, de l'autre côté d'une station de métro centrale on peut stationner la voiture et faire les boutiques en métro. Près de plusieurs restaurants et dans un quartier agréable. On nous a gracieusement offert une suite exécutive! J'y retournerais demain matin! Les alentours sont un peu bruyants mais comparativement aux bénéfices, ceci semble péjoratif. |

La situación. Muy cercano a ambientes muy diferentes, junto a la estación de autobuses, junto a la Biblioteca Central de Canadá, la filmoteca... Repetición constante del desayuno; que por otra parte, se presentaba de una manera muy original (aparecía en una cesta junto a tu puerta cuando te levantabas). |
