Auberge Le Pomerol  

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, diving advice on tours, maps etc. I loved the breakfast delivered to the room and the general tidiness of the hotel. The location is wonderful for the metro and getting into to city. Brilliant hotel, thank you!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast baskets left outside the door were a nice start to the day.

Decent inn-style hotel, not a cookie-cutter big box. Hotel was in an older building, so rooms fitted into space that weren't simple oblongs. I liked it -- the room had character, and was very comfortable. Excellent location right across from the Berri-UQAM metro station. Decent continental breakfast delivered outside your room, but you could also supplement with a good selection of toast, spreads and teas (and unlimited coffee) in a cafe room downstairs. Also pleased to see a computer available for those of us without laptops or smart phones. Being able to buy tickets for various museum exhibits at the front desk was another nice bonus.

The Pomerol is a small hotel with very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable and well-appointed rooms and a very good restaurant attached. Breakfast of fruit, yogurt, juice, croissants and muffins arrives in a picnic basket every morning, but there is also a small kitchen off the lounge with a microwave and toaster where coffee and tea, breads and bagels are always available and snacks are set out mid-day. There is no gym or pool, but we weren't looking for those things when we booked. We wanted a location that was within walking distance of Old Montreal, and close to the subway because for us, a holiday is all about walking and discovering a city.

Very nice hotel, cosy. The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel location is near of the tube so I recommend warmly.

La qualité de l'accueil, le design des chambres et le confort lié au déjeuner à la chambre.L'emplacement est idéal car à proximité de mon bureau à Montréal.

Le service était parfait, accueil très attentionné, bonne humeur, réponses à toutes nos questions pratiques (location de voiture). La formule petit déjeuner originale (panier accroché à la porte) permet de prendre le petit déjeuner soit dans la chambre, soit dans la salle.

Tout était impeccable et particulièrement l'accueil et les informations fournies par le personnel. Excellente idée que les petits paniers à déjeuner.

L'aspect vieillot des chambres les petits dejeuners paniers avec toujours le meme contenu peu appetissant la vue d'une chambre dite superieure : les climatisations

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de Montréal, propre, calme, accueillant. Un personnel courtois, disponible, très professionnel. Un ensemble de prestations de qualité.

Accueil parfait

Confort, service et tranquilité.

Un peu le manque d'espace dans la salle de bain pour mettre notre matériel de bain. Un peu plus de tablette ou de comptoir aiderait.
