The hotel staff was accomodating and willing to agree on price terms. The room smelled stuffy when we got in. It was as if it has not been ventilated a long time. so we had to open the windows. The windows were dirty and one was broken (ugh!!). when my niece got to her bed and pillow, she caught a bug! and two white small worms !!!eeeeek! we complained! the hotel staff was defensive (ugh!!!!); we saw the kitchen - it was messy and dirty!! We couldn't wait to get out |

Notre sentiment sur un séjour d'une nuit seulement;soit arrivée dans le courant de l'après-midi pour un départ le lendemain matin à 10h00. Un accueil chaleureux ainsi qu' une aide spontanée et précieuse pour nous conseiller sur les différentes possibilités de passer du bon temps a Montréal. Une chambre spacieuse, confortable, calme et bien équipée. Une grande salle au sous-sol pour prendre un petit déjeuner dans une ambiance détendue de salon familial. Stationnement du véhicule au pied de l'entrée de l'hôtel ce qui est bien appréciable. Si nous devions à nouveau séjourner dans la région de Montréal c'est avec plaisir que nous retournerions à l'auberge Manoir Ville Marie. Encore un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel, et bonne saison 2009! |

Es un hotel con encanto, emplazado en una antigua oficina de correos. Está limpio y el personal del hotel es muy amable. Lo peor del hotel es que está un poco alejado del viejo Montreal. Además, la ducha estaba dentro de la habitación, pero el aseo no, así que había que salir de la habitación para ir al baño. Estuvimos dos noches, y la segunda de ellas encendieron el aire acondicionado (no hay posibilidad de manejarlo desde la habitación) y hacía mucho ruido. |

Accueil du personnel très sympathique La climatation était réglée sur 'Pôle Nord', et un air glacial soufflait dans notre chambre où ilmanquait la grille de ventilation. A tel point que nous avons mis le chauffage en route (en plein été!). Le petit déjeuner était dans un sous-sol surchauffé avec un piètre choix - jus de fruit en poudre reconstitué, pain blanc, la cafetière fuyait, pas de fruits. |
