Room was clean and comfortable
Snack machine was broken Poor wi-fi coverage
Very freiendly stuff and clean rooms
The pictures found on the internet are not comparable to the real rooms, which are very small. When we came for breakfast, there were neither plates nor cups. We cannot recommend this hotel!
Good room for a really good price. Very accompanying staff. Very homely.
No pancakes or eggs etc at breakfast
The staff were very warm and did give this hotel the bed and breakfast feel. They were available all the time and always with a smile on their faces.
The noise from the road is loud. The general industrial feel of the area is unappealing.
Clean and comfortable. Wonderful staff. We were pleased with the accommodations.
This isn't the hotel's fault but we made an amateur error and didn't realize that the nearest metro station was a long walk.
The lady was very very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and there were eveb croissants.Metro is in 5-10 min walking distance. Bicicles can be rent next door.
everything was fine
No towels in rooms Bed was uncomfortable
quiet place, easy to park the car....
The staffs were nice. The parking was good because there was not too many car parked in the area.
The room was air conditioning. The fridge did not work well.
We were greeted by a man I presumed to be the proprietor and were welcomed warmly.
Our toilet didn't work and the neighborhood was not close to any restaurants and it was not the most savory neighborhood.
we can't is a hotel, it's a motel.
The owner was the nicest lady i've ever met in my life! We had the best conversations! If i'm ever in the area again i'm definitely staying here! :)
Nothing...it was all amazing! Best hotel i stayed at during my 2 week roadtrip across Canada!
Everyday the same breakfast, range of WiFi not available in rooms only in hall, dirty bathroom !
Cosy, reminded me of when we use to rent motels in the 60's. Secure building, no one gets in unless they have a key or rings in. Close to attractions.
Clean rooms but lots of dust bunnies under the beds. No phone in room. We cancelled our last day to visit friends in Ottawa and we got $0.00 refund. 50% should be minimum. Reception could not give us answers on refund, had to wait for owner which it took me two days of calling to get an answer.
Easy check in and check out
Breakfast buffet could be a bit more diverse
Close to bike paths, free on street parking as well as a few parking spots on hotel property,,,clean ,friendly staff Good value for the money bike friendly !
Not near any restaurants, general area a bit run down...hotel needs a face lift Breakfast is a help yourself...cereal,toast,coffee.. Nothing special
Very quiet, non-smoking, away from the bar scene. Free breakfast and free parking are an asset.
I would appreciate a boot tray inside the room, especially in the winter for the snow and slush
Quaint building, used to be the post office!
The rooms and bathrooms were basic but clean. The free parking is a great benefit. The staff is helpfull with all your questions and knows a lot about the city. breakfast is basic, but ok.
it's not close to the city center. The beds are small.
basic breakfast with toast, bagle, croissant, orange juice and coffee. room and shared bathrooms were kept clean. not too far from the city centre if you have a car.
wifi was not available in the room, so I had to go to the lobby. the bed was small.
