The excellent location and value for money. Helpful staff. Ideally they should have their own parking lot, although the indoor garage they recommended was only 5 minutes walk away. |

Comfortable bed, good location, clean and affordable. It allowed me to see Montreal on a small budget without having to stay far out of town. There was a mixup with the booking when I arrived and the man working at the desk had a very inappropriate reaction. First he tried to blame me and then demanded that I pay for an extra room. He was not able to make me feel welcome nor was he able to solve the problem. Fortunately, the management was lovely and the mixup was dealt with very well after the weekend. |

Mostly the staff. No Internet in my room, hair in my bed, small shower, entrance and the stair case can improve. |

Nice hotel right downtown, near shops hotels. Even though it is right in the hart of the action it is quiet and clean. Very friendly staff. Overall it was a very pleasant stay,I would go there again. Not much pressure in the shower but good temperature. The continental breakfast was quite minimal but it is a continental breakfast after all. |

I liked the staff, very friendly, and the location of the hotel. I didn't like the room. Really noisy and super warm. And I dont understand how you can dare to put a AC in the room that works only if the door window is opened (no way to close it down) knowing that the room gives on the busiest street of Montreal ... very environmental unfriendly too ... |

It was located at a very convenient place for everything. The staffs were friendly and they answered our questions kindly. Their continental breakfast was very basic and I wish they had real orange juice... But we loved their freshly baked crossisant! |

Location They do non mention that the hotel does not have an elevator. In fact I was quite surprised when I discovered that I had to carry my ludgages myself on the stairs (3th floor). We booked a room for three persons and they prepared the room just for two so we had to ask for blankets and prepare the third bed ourself. There is no reception service from 9pm to 9am. To enter in the hotel we had to go through another door but they forgot to tell us that we had to go to the fourth floor and then go through a kind of kitchen to acced to the our hotel sector. As a result we got lost and we found our room after 40 min. Very low forniture quality (ikea style). Poor breakfast. Summing up this is a hostel, not a hotel. |

The furniture was comfortable. The bathroom was huge but the shower was small. Handy small refrigerator. The much appreciated air conditioner was very effective. This area of Rue St.Denis is very lively especially at night.Things got quiet around 4 a.m.Suggest ear plugs. |

The staff was very friendly. The auberge is in the heart of Montreal. It is good value for money. The room could have done with thorough cleaning. Even the hotel part is more of an Auberge than a Hotel. It's good value for money in the heart of the Latin Quarter but don't expect luxury! |

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Montreal Espace Confort. The name says it all. It is a comfortable space in Montreal. The bedding was comfortable, and though the room is small it is adequate for me. It also had a small fridge, coffee pot, bowls, plates, silverware, and cups. Everything was exceptionally clean in the self contained bathroom and the room. Breakfast was continental but definitely enough for me and I enjoyed meeting the other guests in the dining room. Rue St. Denis is a great place to be located at with so much going on all the time and you are within easy walking distance to St. Cats as well as other fun areas. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and will tell my friends as well. |

I liked the fact that Montreal Espace Confort is centrally located on St. Denis near Berri-UQAM metro. Continental breakfast was amazing... best croissants, ever (limit 1 per person/day). Rooms had kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave oven, sink, coffee maker (but no coffee?!). Air condition in rooms made for a nice, comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, there was (other peoples') hair in a lot of places: in the bed sheets, in the towels, on the floor. I was really not happy about all this hair and when I wanted to complain, there was no staff on duty (there seems to be no staff after 9pm until 8am?). |

Location, location, location... in the heard of the Quartier Latin, full of bars, restaurants and shops. Comfortable rooms, though very small. Kitchenettes. Free wireless internet in lobby and net cable in rooms. Decent breakfast. Can be very noisy, bring your ear-plugs ! |
