Location, location, location... in the heard of the Quartier Latin, full of bars, restaurants and shops. Comfortable rooms, though very small. Kitchenettes. Free wireless internet in lobby and net cable in rooms. Decent breakfast. Can be very noisy, bring your ear-plugs ! |

It was in a convenient place for transport to various parts of the city. Very homely atmosphere and vibrant cosmopolitan area. Not enough space in room for overseas guests with a lot of luggage |

Location ( at least no street people in that area), warm rooms totally misleading information, the rooms presented on pictures are not the rooms they actually have.if you like to have a good night sleep- forget it!!the rooms have so thin walls, you can hear everything from downstairs, upstairs and your neighbours making parties at 1am because there is no one in reception at night! |

The staff are great. They speak English, French, and Spanish and perhaps other languages, but these are what I heard. The hotel rooms are relatively small with one double bed but are clean and have kitchenettes, which includes a toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, sink, and dishes. The auberge section has a shared kitchen and bathrooms. There was an issue with the room we booked initially. I made reservations for the Auberge (hostel section). For whatever reason the room was not ready so the staff upgraded us to the hotel section at no cost. They were incredibly accommodating and very friendly. I have no complaints, and I would definitely recommend this place to friends. |

There was good breakfast served every morning, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were very good and the room was very clean. The flow of water from the shower head was very low for that particular room I was staying in and the shower door was damaged. It was a totally different experience from the 1st time I stayed there, so I hope the management will do something about this. Other than this I am satisfied with the service provided by the hotel staff. |

Very clean room with a kitchenette which allowed me to save more money by preparing a few meals in my room. Also, great location in the middle of everything. |

The staff is great, very nice, and the hotel is very well located (near the metro, restaurants, bars, and near the bus that makes the connection with the airport). Having a micro-wave is pretty handy, and the included breakfast is very nice (oranje juice, 1 croissant, toasts, coffee, milk, and cereals). The cable internet at your room is also ok, and you have wireless at the lounge. The only thing I may complain about are some details (i.e. a broken light switch and broken jacket holder) that are usual at this price range. I did not complain about them at the reception, so, I don't know if the staff would had fixed them, or not. |

The staff was great! The room is pretty good for the price. It was a bit cold during the night, I had to sleep with my pullover on because I only had an extremly thin blanket. |

It was central to many attractions we wanted to attend. I have stayed in other bed and breakfasts and the breakfast at this location was very poor. Poor selection and morning staff unfriendly. |

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was also very nice, and was nice and warm when we got there. It would have been nice if there had been notice about parking before we got there. The best place available was just down the street, and very reasonable, but the machines there only take coins and credit. We didn't have either, and therefore had a hard time finding a way to get 10 dollars in change ready. Perhaps the Hotel could offer a service for giving change for parking. |

I highly recommend this hotel to everybody. The room is very clean and their service is very impressive given the price. Only an example here, we lived in a room with a private kitchen and left several used dishes in the sink one day morning (planning to wash later). When came back in the afternoon they were already washed -- this is totally unexpected in a cheap, downtown hostel. |

Handy location, usually low rates. As always,.the room and commons were clean and well kept. I have more and more issues with this hotel in spite of its reasonable rates: poor heating in the winter, not enough blankets, difficulty communicating in French with staff, nobody at the reception in the evening, and extra charges being introduced for what used to be standard fare at breakfast. |
