The staff was amazing. They all work together to make your experience as pleasant as possible. There is an esprit de corps among the staff, which was very pleasant to observe. The location is actually quite good, walking distance to anywhere you want to go. It is on a very busy pedestrian street, so no cars, but still quite a bit of noise. Our room faced the front, which was still quiet because of efforts to sound proof, which were for the most part successful. The air conditioning is a must when it becomes hot, which it can in Quebec in summer. The restaurant on site is excellent and very, very convenient. The included breakfast was delicious and definitely a plus. We would have liked to have opened the windows, but the air conditioning more than compensated for comfort. Our room was small, but very manageable. This is a boutique hotel, which we prefer over luxury.
